\/>\u64b0\u6587\uff5c\u99f1\u5b9b\u7433<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5668\u5b98\u79fb\u690d\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u9700\u6c42\u9060\u5927\u65bc\u4f9b\u7d66\u7684\u73fe\u5be6\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5ba3\u5c0e\u3001\u63a8\u5ee3\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u6b7b\u5f8c\u5668\u5b98\u6350\u8d08\u7684\u610f\u9858\u8207\u63a5\u53d7\u5ea6\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u4e0a\u5c0d\u75be\u75c5\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u8207\u9810\u9632\u91ab\u5b78\u3001\u516c\u885b\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u4e5f\u52aa\u529b\u8b93\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u5c0d\u5668\u5b98\u79fb\u690d\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e00\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5668\u5b98\u79fb\u690d\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u5668\u5b98\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u6eff\u8db3\u7684\u4e00\u5929\u55ce\uff1f\u9019\u8b93\u4eba\u6230\u6144\u7684\u5927\u54c9\u554f\u9664\u4e86\u662f\u79d1\u5e7b\u5c0f\u8aaa\u88e1\u5e38\u88ab\u62ff\u4f86\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u984c\u6750\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u524d\u7dda\u4e0a\u5c31\u7b97\u6162\u5982\u9f9c\u722c\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u52aa\u529b\u4e00\u76f4\u5f80\u524d\uff0c\u52aa\u529b\u524d\u9032\u7684\u9a45\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u77f3\u9ed1\u4e00\u96c4\u5f97\u5230\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u734e\uff1b\u5728\u4ed6\u7b46\u4e0b\u300a\u5225\u8b93\u6211\u8d70\u300b\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u88e1\uff0c\u88e1\u982d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u53d6\u5de7\u5730\u7528\u4e86\u8907\u88fd\u4eba\u4f86\u6b0a\u5145\u300c\u5668\u5b98\u6350\u8d08\u4eba\u300d\uff0c\u60c5\u7bc0\u8108\u7d61\u88e1\u7684\u5fc3\u75db\u8207\u5bd2\u986b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u884d\u751f\u51fa\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u502b\u7406\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u667e\u5728\u6587\u5b57\u88e1\u50cf\u662f\u6524\u5728\u967d\u5149\u5e95\u4e0b\u4e00\u822c\uff0c\u4efb\u8ab0\u90fd\u5ffd\u8996\u4e0d\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u8907\u88fd\u51fa\u300c\u5668\u5b98\u6350\u8d08\u4eba\u300d\uff0c\u7e3d\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u8fa6\u6cd5\u5427\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u4e5f\u6b63\u662f\u300c\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u300d\u9019\u9818\u57df\u5f9e\u64ad\u7a2e\u958b\u59cb\u6273\u624b\u6307\u7b97\uff0c\u5e74\u6eff\u4e09\u5341\u7684\u7d00\u5ff5\u5e74\u5462\u3002\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\uff08tissue engineering\uff09\u4e00\u8a5e\u6700\u65e9\u51fa\u73fe\u5728 1987 \u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u6240\u7c4c\u8fa6\u7684\u6703\u8b70\u4e0a\uff0c\u7531\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u7269\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684 Yuan-Cheng Fung \uff08\u99ae\u5143\u6968\uff09\u535a\u58eb\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u3002\u90a3\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u5c0d\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u9084\u5f88\u4fb7\u9650\uff0c\u4e0d\u82e5\u73fe\u4eca\u9019\u822c\uff0c\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\u5668\u5b98\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\uff0c\u90fd\u5145\u6eff\u4e86\u5404\u7a2e\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5e0c\u671b\u8207\u524d\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u7b97\u662f\u518d\u751f\u91ab\u5b78\uff08regenerative medicine\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u7528\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5668\u5b98\u6350\u8d08\uff0c\u4f86\u4fee\u88dc\u3001\u66ff\u63db\u75c5\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u53d7\u50b7\u6216\u662f\u529f\u80fd\u4e0d\u5168\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u53ca\u5668\u5b98\u3002\u800c\u9019\u4e5f\u8b93\u518d\u751f\u91ab\u5b78\u6210\u70ba\u6975\u7aef\u4ef0\u8cf4\u8de8\u9818\u57df\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5c08\u696d\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7d50\u5408\u4e86\u5404\u9818\u57df\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u5148\u9032\u7684\u751f\u91ab\u6750\u6599\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f 3D \u5217\u5370\u6280\u8853\u7b49\uff0c\u4f86\u4e00\u6b65\u4e00\u8173\u5370\u7684\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u500b\u9060\u666f\u3002\u800c\u501f\u529b\u65bc\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8b93\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u9060\u666f\u6709\u4e86\u5922\u5e7b\u822c\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u3002\u5982\u679c\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u75c5\u4eba\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5c07\u5176\u767c\u80b2\u3001\u5206\u5316\u70ba\u7279\u5b9a\u7a2e\u5177\u6709\u5c08\u4e00\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5229\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u56e0\u300c\u75c5\u300d\u800c\u7570\u7684\u505a\u51fa\u76f8\u5c0d\u61c9\u3001\u9069\u5408\u7684\u77ef\u6b63\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u91cd\u5efa\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u8207\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u89e3\u6c7a\u5668\u5b98\u79fb\u690d\u624b\u8853\u88e1\u7684\u982d\u865f\u5927\u9ebb\u7169\uff1a\u79fb\u690d\u6392\u65a5\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u5922\uff0c\u592a\u751c\u4e86\uff1b\u96e2\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u537b\u9084\u6709\u597d\u9577\u4e00\u6bb5\u8def\u8981\u8d70\u30022016 \u5e74\u5e95\u7f8e\u570b\u66f4\u901a\u904e\u4e86 21<sup>st<\/sup> Century Cures Act\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4fbf\u662f\u6210\u7acb Regenerative Medicine Innovation Project\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u4e86\u70ba\u671f\u56db\u5e74\u3001\u7f8e\u91d1\u4e09\u5343\u842c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9810\u7b97\u4f86\u652f\u6301\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\uff0c\u5f9e\u5e73\u9762\u7d44\u7e54\uff08\u50cf\u662f\u89d2\u819c\u3001\u76ae\u819a\uff09\uff0c\u76f8\u5c0d\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff08\u50cf\u662f\u6c23\u7ba1\u3001\u8180\u80f1\uff09\uff0c\u5230\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u5341\u5206\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u540c\u7d30\u80de\u591a\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff08\u50cf\u662f\u5fc3\u81df\u3001\u814e\u81df\uff09\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u536f\u8db3\u4e86\u5168\u52c1\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u5f9e\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u5668\u5b98\u3002\u518d\u751f\u91ab\u5b78\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e0d\u7c21\u55ae\uff0c\u7562\u7adf\uff0c\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u91cd\u5efa\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8981\u8b93\u5404\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u5c08\u9577\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u50cf\u80da\u80ce\u767c\u80b2\u90a3\u6a23\uff0c\u4f9d\u6a23\u756b\u846b\u8606\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u500b\u7d30\u80de\u300c\u7269\u6b78\u539f\u4f4d\u300d\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u80fd\u5920\u77e5\u9053\u5f7c\u6b64\u4e4b\u9593\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u901a\u529b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8a18\u5f97\u300c\u914d\u5e36\u300d\u8840\u7ba1\u8108\u7d61\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u597d\u8b93\u4ee5\u5f8c\u5668\u5b98\u88e1\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u9846\u7d30\u80de\u90fd\u6709\u6c27\u6c23\u3001\u6709\u990a\u5206\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u597d\u597d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u9019\u5e7e\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u96d6\u7136\u4f9d\u5708\u5167\u4eba\u4f86\u8aaa\u662f\u5b30\u5152\u5b78\u6b65\uff0c\u4f46\u5f9e\u4e00\u500b\u5c40\u5916\u4eba\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u9818\u57df\u5167\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u5df2\u7d93\u5341\u5206\u8b93\u4eba\u522e\u76ee\u76f8\u770b\u4e86\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u8edf\u9aa8\u4fee\u5fa9\u3001\u76ae\u819a\u7d44\u7e54\u91cd\u5efa\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u8840\u7ba1\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u5fc3\u81df\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u814e\u81df\u7b49\uff0c\u90fd\u5404\u81ea\u4e09\u4e0d\u4e94\u6642\u6709\u597d\u6d88\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u5927\u81f4\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u7c97\u7565\u5730\u5206\u6210\u5169\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5176\u4e00\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6709\u500b\u5668\u5b98\u69cb\u9020\u7684\u300c\u8349\u5716\u300d\uff0c\u8b93\u7d30\u80de\u77e5\u9053\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u4f9d\u6a23\u756b\u846b\u8606\uff0c\u4f9d\u8457\u8108\u7d61\u9644\u8457\uff1a\u8b93\u7d30\u80de\u805a\u96c6\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u6210\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u518d\u7d71\u5408\u6210\u5668\u5b98\u3002\u5176\u4e8c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u80fd\u5920\u767c\u80b2\u5206\u5316\u70ba\u5404\u7a2e\u5c08\u9580\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u8b93\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u4ee5\u597d\u597d\u7684\u5728\u8349\u5716\u4e0a\uff0c\u5206\u5316\u767c\u80b2\uff0c\u7d71\u5408\u6210\u70ba\u5668\u5b98\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8349\u5716\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u4eba\u985e\u6216\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u80fd\u5920\u88ab\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u751f\u7269\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6240\u4eba\u5de5\u5408\u6210\uff08\u50cf\u662f\u5229\u7528 3D \u5217\u5370\u6280\u8853\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u985e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u9189\u7fc1\u4e4b\u610f\u4e0d\u5728\u9152\uff0c\u8981\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u75c5\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u5065\u5168\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5668\u5b98\u4e2d\uff0c\u7531\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea\u6240\u64fa\u7684\u300c\u90a3\u500b\u67b6\u5b50\u300d\u3002\u9019\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u4ef0\u8cf4\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8abf\u914d\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u4ecb\u9762\u6d3b\u6027\u5291\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u597d\u597d\u7b97\u6e96\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u628a\u5668\u5b98\u5167\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u9010\u4e00\u525d\u96e2\u6eb6\u89e3\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u53bb\u7d30\u80de\u904e\u7a0b\uff08decellularization\uff09\u3002\u53bb\u7d30\u80de\u904e\u7a0b\u5f97\u5c0f\u5fc3\u7b97\u8a08\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5e0c\u671b\u628a\u539f\u4f86\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u901a\u901a\u5272\u6368\u96e2\u3002\u7562\u7adf\u4e0d\u8ad6\u5668\u5b98\u4f86\u81ea\u52d5\u7269\u6216\u662f\u75c5\u4eba\u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u539f\u5148\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u90fd\u662f\u6703\u7559\u8457\u5c31\u7559\u6210\u4ec7\uff1a\u5176\u4ed6\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u767c\u6392\u65a5\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u539f\u5148\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u80fd\u672c\u5c31\u6709\u75c5\u6cc1\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u764c\u75c7\u7d30\u80de\uff09\u3002\u4f46\u53c8\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u4fdd\u6301\u539f\u4f86\u9aa8\u67b6\u4e0a\u6240\u5d4c\u6709\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u5c0e\u7269\u8cea\u3001\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u7b49\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u65e5\u5f8c\u91cd\u65b0\u7a2e\u5165\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u7fa4\u80fd\u5920\u627e\u56de\u8077\u8cac\u6240\u5728\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5404\u5b89\u5176\u8077\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u829d\u52a0\u54e5\u897f\u5317\u5927\u5b78\u7684 Teresa Woodruff \u535a\u58eb\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5c31\u60f3\u8981\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u7d44\u7e54\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7684\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u91cd\u5efa\u6709\u6b63\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5375\u5de2\u3002\u9019\u7814\u7a76\u5c0d\u7f79\u60a3\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u5c0f\u5973\u7ae5\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u7e31\u7136\u73fe\u5728\u6297\u764c\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u7642\u9032\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u6297\u764c\u85e5\u7269\u6216\u662f\u653e\u5c04\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e5f\u5bb9\u6613\u5c0d\u751f\u6b96\u5668\u5b98\u7559\u4e0b\u9577\u671f\u7684\u4e0d\u826f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u8209\u51e1\u751f\u80b2\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u65e9\u767c\u6027\u505c\u7d93\u3001\u6216\u662f\u767c\u80b2\u6642\u671f\u7684\u8377\u723e\u8499\u5206\u6ccc\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u8b93\u4eba\u982d\u75db\u7684\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u6027\u6cbb\u7642\u7b56\u7565\u591a\u534a\u662f\u5728\u5316\u7642\u4e4b\u524d\u5c07\u5375\u5de2\u5148\u884c\u53d6\u51fa\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u518d\u79fb\u690d\u56de\u75c5\u4eba\u81ea\u5df1\u9ad4\u5167\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u537b\u96e3\u4fdd\u5375\u5de2\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u8eb2\u5728\u88e1\u9762\u3002\u65bc\u662f\uff0cWoodruff
