beatha\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u500b\u5b57\u4e5f\u6709\u751f\u547d\u4e4b\u6c34\u7684\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u5c31\u5e38\u5e38\u88ab\u611b\u9152\u4eba\u58eb\u51a0\u4e0a\u4e86\u751f\u547d\u4e4b\u6c34\u7684\u7a31\u865f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u7684\u4f5c\u6cd5\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002\u9996\u5148\u5c07\u91c0\u9020\u7528\u7684\u7a40\u985e(\u9ea5\u6216\u7389\u7c73)\u6ce1\u5728\u71b1\u6c34\u4e2d\u4f7f\u5176\u767c\u82bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c07\u7a40\u985e\u4e2d\u7684\u6fb1\u7c89\u8f49\u63db\u70ba\u91a3\u985e\u3002\u63a5\u8457\u628a\u767c\u82bd\u7684\u7a40\u985e\u78e8\u788e\u5f8c\u716e\u6210\u751c\u5ea6\u76f8\u7576\u9ad8\u7684\u9ea5\u82bd\u6c41\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u9ea5\u82bd\u6c41\u51b7\u537b\u5f8c\u52a0\u5165\u9175\u6bcd\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u767c\u9175\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u767c\u9175\u904e\u7684\u4f4e\u9152\u7cbe\u6210\u4efd\u9ea5\u6c41\u7d93\u904e\u84b8\u993e\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u8b8a\u6210\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\u572860-70%\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u539f\u9152\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u9019\u4e9b\u539f\u9152\u9673\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u8981\u88dd\u74f6\u51fa\u8ca8\u524d\uff0c\u91c0\u9152\u5e2b\u7236\u6703\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u500b\u7a00\u91cb\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u539f\u9152\u4e2d\u52a0\u6c34\uff0c\u5c07\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7a00\u91cb\u523040%\u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u500b\u6b65\u9a5f\u6703\u8b93\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u7684\u5473\u9053\u66f4\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e00\u76f4\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u78ba\u5be6\u77e5\u9053\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u745e\u5178Linnaeus University\u7684Bj\u00f6rn Karlsson\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7528\u96fb\u8166\u6a21\u64ec\u4f86\u627e\u51fa\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u52a0\u6c34\u8207\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u98a8\u5473\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u7684\u539f\u9152\u5927\u7d04\u670960-70%\u7684\u9152\u7cbe\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u52a0\u6c34\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u4f5c\u662f\u8abf\u6574\u6c34\u8207\u9152\u7cbe\u5206\u5b50\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u98a8\u5473\u7684\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u6c34\u8ddf\u9152\u7cbe\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u539f\u9152\u4e2d\u7684\u90a3\u4e9b\u9999\u5473\u5206\u5b50\u3002\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u7684\u9999\u5473\u5206\u5b50\u4e2d\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u662f\u5169\u6027\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u540c\u6642\u5177\u6709\u89aa\u6c34\u6027\u8ddf\u53ad\u6c34\u6027\u7684\u6027\u8cea\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6539\u8b8a\u9152\u7cbe\u8ddf\u6c34\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u9019\u4e9b\u5169\u6027\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u7279\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64Karlsson\u5728\u6a21\u64ec\u7684\u6642\u5019\u52a0\u5165\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u53eb\u505a\u6108\u5275\u6728\u915a(guaiacol)\u7684\u5169\u6027\u5206\u5b50\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5206\u5b50\u6703\u7d66\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u5e36\u4f86\u4e00\u7a2e\u7159\u71fb\u822c\u7684\u5473\u9053\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u628a\u767c\u82bd\u7684\u5927\u9ea5\u62ff\u53bb\u7159\u71fb\u6642\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Karlsson\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u6a21\u64ec\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7576\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\u70ba45%\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0cguaiacol\u5206\u5b50\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6703\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u7684\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u9152\u6db2\u88e1\u9762\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u8868\u9762\u7684guaiacol\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63ee\u767c\u5230\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\uff0c\u8b93\u98f2\u7528\u8005\u805e\u5230guaiacol\u6240\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u9999\u5473\u3002\u76f8\u5c0d\u7684\uff0c\u7576\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\u70ba59%\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0cguaiacol\u5206\u5b50\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u90fd\u5728\u9152\u6db2\u88e1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9999\u5473\u5c31\u6703\u76f8\u5c0d\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e0d\u660e\u986f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Karlsson\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u500b\u6027\u8cea\u61c9\u8a72\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u8a31\u591a\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u88e1\u7684\u9999\u5473\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u900f\u904e\u6539\u8b8a\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u9019\u4e9b\u9999\u5473\u5206\u5b50\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u6db2\u9ad4\u7684\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63ee\u767c\u5230\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u9019\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u9664\u4e86\u89e3\u91cb\u4e86\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u52a0\u6c34\u7684\u7406\u7531\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u88fd\u85e5\u9818\u57df\u4e0a\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u6c34\u4e2d\u5176\u5be6\u4e5f\u542b\u6709\u9152\u7cbe\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u9019\u500b\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7814\u767c\u4eba\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u8abf\u6574\u9152\u7cbe\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u5438\u6536\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b21\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u559d\u5230\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u539f\u9152\u8207\u7a00\u91cb\u904e\u7684\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u597d\u597d\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e00\u4e0b\u5169\u8005\u7684\u9999\u5473\u662f\u5426\u771f\u7684\u6709\u5dee\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u539f\u59cb\u8ad6\u6587<\/strong><br
