DNA\u5b9a\u5e8f\u6b63\u592f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u59a8\u4e5f\u5e6b\u5f71\u7247\u505a\u500bDNA\u5b9a\u5e8f\u3002\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u5f88\u7384\uff1f\u8aaa\u7a7f\u4e86\u5176\u5be6\u5c31\u662f\u628a\u539f\u672c\u5f71\u7247\u4e2d\u5167\u542b\u7684\u4e8c\u7dad\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8f49\u6210\u4e00\u7dad\u7684\u5b57\u4e32\uff0c\u518d\u7528\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b78\u4e2d\u8209\u8db3\u8f15\u91cd\u7684LCS\uff08Longest Common Sequence\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u516c\u5171\u5b50\u5e8f\u5217\uff09\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u5c0b\u627e\u76f8\u7b26\u7684\u5b57\u4e32\uff0c\u4e00\u5207\u5c31\u8fce\u5203\u800c\u89e3\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<figure \u2223 \u8449\u623f\u84b2<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u8a8d\u70ba\u6709\u6a5f\u9ad4\u624d\u5177\u5099\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u55ce\uff1f\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u79d1\u6280\u7406\u5de5\u5b78\u9662\uff08Israel Institute of Technology\uff09\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u300c\u9304\u50cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u300d\uff08Video Genome\uff09\u5b9a\u5e8f\uff0c\u8a66\u5716\u85c9\u6b64\u6253\u64ca\u7db2\u8def\u4e0a\u7316\u7357\u7684\u5f71\u7247\u76dc\u7248\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u900f\u904e\u5075\u6e2c\u51fa\u90a3\u4e9b\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u8272\u5f69\u53ca\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e0b\u4e0d\u592a\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u5f97\u4ee5\u5be6\u884c\u3002\u800c\u7576\u524d\u7684\u6280\u8853\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u662f\u52d5\u4f5c\u8b58\u5225\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\uff08action recognition algorithms\uff09\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u5f71\u7247\u4e2d\u7684\u52d5\u4f5c\u6bd4\u5c0d\u9304\u50cf\u5e8f\u5217\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u60f3\u50cf\u4e00\u4e0b\u9019\u4e09\u500b\u6a23\u672c\u7247\u6bb5\uff1a\u539f\u7248\u661f\u969b\u5927\u6230\u4e2d\u5149\u528d\u5927\u6230\u7684\u5834\u9762\u3001\u540c\u4e00\u7247\u6bb5\u5728\u96fb\u8996\u4e0a\u64ad\u653e\u7684\u4f4e\u756b\u8cea\u7248\u672c\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f60\u548c\u4f60\u5f1f\u624b\u6301\u5851\u81a0\u73a9\u5177\u91cd\u6f14\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u5f71\u7247\u3002\u52d5\u4f5c\u8b58\u5225\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u6703\u5c07\u4e09\u500b\u7247\u6bb5\u5224\u65b7\u70ba\u662f\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u9304\u50cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u53ea\u6703\u628a\u524d\u4e8c\u8005\u6b78\u70ba\u540c\u4e00\u985e\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure target=\"_blank\">ArXiv.org<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9ea5\u53ef\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u5206\u6790\u9304\u50cf\u7684\u8af8\u591a\u554f\u984c\u6070\u8207\u5e8f\u5217\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u53ca\u554f\u984c\u76f8\u543b\u5408\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u57fa\u65bc\u4e00\u500b\u60f3\u6cd5\u2014\u5f71\u50cf\u7684\u526a\u63a5\u7de8\u8f2f\u6709\u4f3c\u65bcDNA\u7a81\u8b8a\u3002\u5f71\u7247\u5373\u4f7f\u6dfb\u52a0\u5ee3\u544a\u3001\u522a\u53bb\u4e00\u4e9b\u5834\u666f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u6539\u984f\u8272\u6216\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b78\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ecd\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u8ddf\u751f\u7269DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6bd4\u5c0d\u5f71\u7247\u7684\u300cDNA\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u300c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u4e00\u5c0f\u6bb5\u5f71\u7247\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u80fd\u8fa8\u8b58\u51fa\u8655\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u5f71\u7247\u5f8c\u88fd\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u300d\u4e9e\u529b\u5c71\u5353\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u6bd4\u65b9\u8aaa\uff0c\u6301\u651d\u5f71\u6a5f\u76dc\u9304\u6232\u9662\u4e2d\u64ad\u6620\u7684\u96fb\u5f71\u6642\uff0c\u93e1\u982d\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6416\u6643\u4e0d\u5b9a\uff0c\u8272\u5ea6\u3001\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u4e5f\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f46\u9304\u50cfDNA\u5e8f\u5217\u4ecd\u7136\u76f8\u4f3c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5f71\u7247\u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u88ab\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6210\u4e00\u4e32\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u540c\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u88ab\u89e3\u8b80\u70ba\u4e00\u4e32DNA\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u9304\u50cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u7531\u4e00\u7d44\u5305\u62ec\u754c\u7dda\u8207\u5f62\u72c0\u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u540c\u6a23\u5730\u641c\u5c0b\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u4e5f\u662f\u5229\u7528\u4e00\u7d44\u6587\u5b57\u53bb\u627e\u51fa\u6587\u672c\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u8655\u3002\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u5f71\u50cf\u7279\u5fb5\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u7de8\u8f2f\u4e4b\u4e0b\u4e26\u4e0d\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u300c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a\u4e00\u6bb5\u5f71\u7247\u53ef\u80fd\u7d93\u6b77\u904e\u7684\u4fee\u6539\u60f3\u6210\u985e\u4f3c\u7a81\u8b8a\u3002\u300d\u9ea5\u53ef\u8868\u793a\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5ee3\u544a\u5c31\u50cf\u5d4c\u5165\u7a81\u8b8a\uff08insertion mutation\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6536\u8996\u7387\u800c\u522a\u6e1b\u7684\u7247\u6bb5\u5247\u985e\u540c\u7f3a\u5931\u7a81\u8b8a\uff08deletion mutation\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u756b\u9762\u4e2d\u5f71\u50cf\u7279\u5fb5\u7684\u91cd\u8907\u7387\u88ab\u5716\u89e3\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6210\u4e00\u500b64\u4f4d\u5143\u4e8c\u9032\u4f4d\u5b57\u4e32\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u64ad\u653e\uff0c\u8a72\u5f71\u7247\u7684\u9304\u50cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u53ef\u4ee5\u6bd4\u64ec\u4f5c\u4e00\u500b\u4f7f\u7528\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5206\u6790\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u3002\u9304\u50cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u50c5\u4f54DVD\u54c1\u8cea\u9304\u50cf\u7d04\u767e\u842c\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u983b\u5bec\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5373\u6642\u7ffb\u8b6f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9019\u9805\u79d1\u6280\u6216\u8a31\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u7528\u65bc\u5075\u6e2cYouTube\u4e0a\u7684\u4fb5\u6b0a\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u5c07\u5143\u6578\u64da\uff08metadata\uff09\uff0c\u8b6c\u5982\u5b57\u5e55\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u8a3b\u8a18\u6216\u8a55\u8ad6\u7b49\u7b49\u914d\u5c0d\u81f3\u8207\u4efb\u4f55\u7248\u672c\u76f8\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u5f71\u7247\u3002\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\uff0c\u6578\u5343\u5c0f\u6642\u7684\u9304\u50cf\u5e8f\u5217\u5e7e\u5929\u5167\u5373\u53ef\u8655\u7406\u5b8c\uff0c\u6bd4\u5c0d\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\u9ad8\u65bc99\uff05\u3002<\/p>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<pre>\u539f\u6587\u51fa\u8655\uff1a<a
