Shim\u6559\u6388\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6700\u8fd1\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u65b0\u578b\u7684LED\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u5728\u767c\u5149\u7684\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5177\u5099\u611f\u5149\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5176\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u520a\u767b\u5728\u300a\u79d1\u5b78\u300b(<em>Science<\/em>) allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u5143\u4ef6\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u70ba\u786b\u5316\u9398(CdS)\u3001\u7852\u5316\u9398(CdSe)\u53ca\u7852\u5316\u92c5(ZnSe)\uff0c\u7d50\u69cb\u985e\u4f3c\u4e00\u6839\u72d7\u9aa8\u982d\uff0c\u5927\u5c0f\u7d043\u5948\u7c73\u3002\u786b\u5316\u9398(CdS)\u5948\u7c73\u67f1\u8ca0\u8cac\u50b3\u5c0e\u96fb\u5b50\uff1b\u7852\u5316\u9398(CdSe)\u53ca\u7852\u5316\u92c5(ZnSe)\u5f62\u6210\u6838\u6bbc\u7d50\u69cb(core-shell)\u8ca0\u8cac\u50b3\u5c0e\u6b63\u96fb\u8377\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u5177\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u80fd\u5e36(Band Structure)\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u767c\u5149\u53ca\u6536\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em>(<\/em><em>\u7528\u6bd4\u8f03\u5b78\u8853\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u8b1b\u6cd5\uff1a\u4e0d\u540c\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7570\u8cea\u63a5\u9762\uff0c\u5176\u80fd\u5e36\u5982\u4f55\u76f8\u63a5<\/em><em> (Energy band alignment)<\/em><em>\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4e86\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u6d1e\u5728\u6750\u6599\u88e1\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u7852\u5316\u9398<\/em><em> (CdSe)<\/em><em>\u6bbc\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u5169\u500b\u6750\u6599\u7684\u63a5\u9762\u90fd\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u7684<\/em><em>type I straddling band offset<\/em><em>\u53ef\u4ee5\u56f0\u4f4f\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u6d1e\u5c0d\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u50be\u5411\u7d50\u5408\u4e26\u767c\u5149\uff1b\u786b\u5316\u9398<\/em><em> (CdS)<\/em><em>\u53ca\u7852\u5316\u92c5<\/em><em> (ZnSe)<\/em><em>\u6703\u5f62\u6210<\/em><em>type II staggered band offset<\/em><em>\uff0c\u8b93\u5143\u4ef6\u56e0\u5438\u6536\u5149\u5b50\u7522\u751f\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u6d1e\u5c0d\u50be\u5411\u5206\u96e2\u5f62\u6210\u96fb\u6d41\u3002\u7dad\u57fa\u689d\u76ee\uff1a<\/em><em>Heterojunction<\/em><em>\u88e1\u7684<\/em><em>Energy band alignment<\/em><em>\u6709<\/em><em>band offset<\/em><em>\u7684\u7c21\u6613\u63cf\u8ff0\u3002<\/em><em>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u767c\u5149\u8ddf\u6536\u5149\u662f\u4e92\u65a5\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u8981\u767c\u5149\u6703\u5c0d\u5143\u4ef6\u65bd\u6b63\u504f\u58d3\u6ce8\u5165\u96fb\u6d41(\u96fb\u8f49\u5149)\uff1b\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c\u6536\u5149\u65bd\u8ca0\u504f\u58d3\uff0c\u5143\u4ef6\u63a5\u6536\u5149\u5b50\u5f8c\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u6d1e\u5c0d\u5206\u96e2\u5f62\u6210\u96fb\u6d41\u4fbf\u80fd\u5075\u6e2c\u96fb\u8a0a\u865f(\u5149\u8f49\u96fb)\u3002\u4e00\u500b\u5143\u4ef6\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u540c\u6642\u6709\u5169\u500b\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u96fb\u6d41\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64Moonsub
