paper electrophoresis Hamaguchi)\u6559\u6388\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u984c\u76ee\u662f\u6e2c\u5b9a\u5c6c\u65bc\u6eab\u6cc9\u6c89\u6fb1\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u7926\u77f3(\u5317\u6295\u77f3)\u7684\u653e\u5c04\u7dda\u540c\u4f4d\u6578\u7684\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u65bc1961\u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u6821\u5167\uff0c\u64d4\u4efb\u738b\u4f01\u7965\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u64d4\u4efb\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u52a9\u7406\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5de5\u4f5c\u6750\u6599\u7d50\u69cb\u7684X\u5149\u9451\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1960\u5e74\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u4f86\u81ea\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u5206\u6821\u7684Kenneth Pitzer \u7684\u8a2a\u554f\u6559\u6388\u4f86\u53f0\u8209\u884c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6f14\u8b1b\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u548c\u897f\u65b9\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u63a5\u89f8\u3002\u6703\u5f8c\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u5e74\u7d1a\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u7684\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u88ab\u6307\u6d3e\u5c07\u5176\u6f14\u8b1b\u5167\u5bb9\u9304\u97f3\u5e36\u807d\u8b6f\u6210\u4e2d\u6587\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u520a\u767b\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u5316\u5b78\u6703\u8a8c( Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society )\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u7576\u6642\u82f1\u6587\u80fd\u529b\u4ecd\u662f\u666e\u666e\u901a\u901a\u7684\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u53ef\u8aaa\u662f\u4efd\u4e00\u4ef6\u82e6\u5dee\u4e8b\u3002\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u56de\u61b6\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u8b6f\u67d0\u4e9b\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u55ae\u5b57\u6216\u53e5\u5b50\uff0c\u4ed6\u9700\u4e0d\u65b7\u91cd\u8907\u64ad\u653e\u9304\u97f3\u5e36\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u9304\u97f3\u5e36\u90fd\u88ab\u78e8\u640d\u65b7\u4e86\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u8a9e\u8a00\u78e8\u7df4\uff0c\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u58d3\u6839\u5152\u6c92\u60f3\u5230\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u6f14\u8b1b\u5167\u5bb9\u88ab\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6210\u5404\u7a2e\u8a9e\u8a00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1962\u5e74\uff0c\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8d74\u7f8e\u570b\u7e7c\u7e8c\u6df1\u9020\u3002\u70ba\u6b64\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u5c0b\u6c42\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5354\u52a9\u3002\u800c\u4ed6\u7576\u6642\u5728\u611b\u8377\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u653b\u8b80\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u7684\u54e5\u54e5\u2014\u9060\u5ddd\uff0c\u70ba\u5f1f\u5f1f\u5beb\u4e86\u5c01\u4fe1\uff0c\u5411\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u8a62\u554f\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u7533\u8acb\u6b64\u6240\u5927\u5b78\u6642\u88ab\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u5927\u5b78\u6821\u65b9\u7684\u56de\u4fe1\u4e2d\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u6821\u65b9\u6c92\u6709\u5916\u570b\u5b78\u751f\u7533\u8acb\u5165\u5b78\u7684\u8a55\u9451\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u674e\u9060\u54f2\u5728\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u6559\u6388\u738b\u6559\u6388\u7372\u6089\u6b64\u4e8b\u5f8c\uff0c\u7acb\u5373\u634e\u4fe1\u7d66\u5728\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u7684\u674e\u5967\u02d9\u5e03\u723e(Leo
