\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u611f\u5192\uff0c\u662f\u6307\u4e00\u822c\u611f\u5192\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6d41\u884c\u611f\u5192\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u6d41\u884c\u611f\u5192\u662f\u7531\u6d41\u884c\u611f\u5192\u75c5\u6bd2\u6240\u5f15\u8d77\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u5f15\u8d77\u4e00\u822c\u611f\u5192\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u5247\u662f\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08rhinovirus\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65e9\u5728\u5927\u534a\u500b\u4e16\u7d00\u4ee5\u524d\uff0c\u5c31\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5fb5\u53ec\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u4f86\u8a66\u5716\u91d0\u6e05\u9019\u662f\u975e\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u5fb7\u5dde\u8c9d\u52d2\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u7684Robert Couch\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u627e\u4f86\u56db\u5341\u591a\u500b\u81ea\u9858\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u651d\u6c0f4\u5ea6\u7684\u623f\u9593\u88e1\u53ea\u7a7f\u77ed\u8896\u5f85\u4e0a\u4e09\u5341\u5206\u9418\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u6ce1\u500b\u71b1\u6c34\u6d74\uff0c\u518d\u5206\u5225\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u611f\u5192\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e0b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u6bd4\u8f03\u54ea\u4e00\u7d44\u6bd4\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u611f\u5192\u3002\u4f46\u7d50\u679c\u662f\u6bd4\u7387\u90fd\u5dee\u4e0d\u591a\u3002\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u9678\u7e8c\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u7814\u7a76\u9019\u8ab2\u984c\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u6709\u6b63\u4e5f\u6709\u53cd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u50b3\u8a00\u662f\u771f\u7684\u55ce\uff1f\u6709\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u89ba\u5f97\u9019\u4e0d\u5916\u4e4e\u662f\u611f\u5192\u9ad8\u5cf0\u5b63\u642d\u4e0a\u51ac\u5929\u6c23\u5019\u591a\u8b8a\u7684\u5de7\u5408\uff1b\u6709\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5929\u6c23\u51b7\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u559c\u6b61\u5f85\u5728\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e0d\u6d41\u901a\u7684\u5ba4\u5167\uff0c\u6b50\u7f8e\u5730\u5340\u53c8\u7fd2\u6163\u958b\u6696\u6c23\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u9f3b\u8154\u9ecf\u819c\u592a\u4e7e\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u8b93\u4eba\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u75c5\u6bd2\u7e8f\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u96d6\u7136\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u9084\u7121\u6cd5\u9245\u7d30\u5f4c\u907a\u5730\u5c07\u6eab\u5ea6\u8207\u611f\u5192\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e00\u7b46\u4e00\u7b46\u7b97\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u5bb6\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5169\u8005\u4e4b\u9593\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5de7\u5408\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u8036\u9b6f\u5927\u5b78Akiko Iwasaki\u6559\u6388\u662f\u7814\u7a76\u75c5\u6bd2\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u7684\u6b0a\u5a01\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7814\u7a76\u5148\u5929\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u88e1\u7684\u6a39\u7a81\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u53cd\u61c9\u88e1\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u6700\u8fd1\uff0cIwasaki\u6559\u6388\u5c0d\u6eab\u5ea6\u8207\u611f\u5192\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u4e00\u7bc7\u5f88\u8da3\u7684\u6210\u679c\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u89ba\u5f97\u8207\u5176\u8b93\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u5728\u51b7\u623f\u88e1\u767c\u6296\u6253\u986b\uff0c\u9084\u4e0d\u5982\u8003\u91cf\u300c\u6eab\u5ea6\u300d\u5c0d\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u5728\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u8907\u88fd\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u89f8\u767c\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u81ea\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u57281960\u5e74\u5de6\u53f3\u5f9e\u75c5\u4eba\u6aa2\u9ad4\u88e1\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u5f8c\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u77e5\u9053\u6eab\u5ea6\u4f4e\u6642\uff0c\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u5728\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7684\u8907\u88fd\u901f\u5ea6\u8981\u6bd4\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u9ad8\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u74b0\u5883\u5feb\u53c8\u597d\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u9f3b\u8154\u5167\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u80ba\u90e8\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u53d7\u5230\u5438\u5165\u7a7a\u6c23\u6eab\u5ea6\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9f3b\u8154\u5167\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u8981\u6bd4\u80ba\u90e8\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u9ad4\u6eab37\u5ea6\u4f4e\u4e00\u4e9b\uff0c\u7d04\u53ea\u670933\u523035\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

Iwasaki\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5728\u6700\u521d8\u30019\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\uff0c\u6eab\u5ea6\u5c0d\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u8907\u88fd\u80fd\u529b\u6c92\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u57f9\u990a\u6eab\u5ea6\u9ad8\u4f4e\uff0c\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u75c5\u6bd2\u907a\u50b3\u7269\u8cea\u90fd\u500d\u589e\u4e86\u5feb\u5341\u4e94\u500d\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u9019\u95dc\u9375\u6642\u9593\u9ede\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f4e\u6eab\u57f9\u990a\u4e0b\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u75c5\u6bd2\u91cf\u9084\u662f\u6301\u7e8c\u4ee5\u500d\u6578\u6210\u9577\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u8f03\u9ad8\u768437\u5ea6\u57f9\u990a\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\uff0c\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u537b\u50cf\u662f\u88ab\u91cd\u64ca\u4e00 \u6a23\uff0c\u5728\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u7269\u8cea\u91cf\u5175\u6557\u5982\u5c71\u5012\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u539f\u56e0\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u572837\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u6bd4\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u50ac\u52d5\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u547c\u5438\u9053\u8868\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u8ddf\u9ad4\u5167\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7d30\u80de\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u90fd\u914d\u6709\u5148\u5929\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u4fdd\u5168\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u985e\u9438\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08Toll-like receptors\uff09\u548c\u985eRIG-I\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08RIG-I like receptors\uff0c\u5e38\u7c21\u5beb\u70baRLR\uff09\u80a9\u8ca0\u5075\u67e5\u5165\u4fb5\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9f3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u662f\u55ae\u80a1RNA\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u8907\u88fd\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u96d9\u80a1RNA\u7684\u4e2d\u9593\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u555f\u52d5\u4ee5RLR\u70ba\u4e3b\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u7576RLR\u53cd\u61c9\u555f\u52d5\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u8b93\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u6210\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5c0d\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6b66\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n

Iwasaki\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u65bc\u662f\u6bd4\u8f03\u57f9\u990a\u6eab\u5ea6\u5c0d\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d348\u5c0f\u6642\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u572837\u5ea6\u4e0b\u679c\u7136\u88fd\u9020\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u6700\u521d\u5be6\u9a57\u88e1\uff0c\u95dc\u9375\u6642\u9593\u9ede\u53ef\u662f\u516b\u5c0f\u6642\u5462\u3002\u7576\u6642\u9593\u8ef8\u7e2e\u9650\u5230\u516b\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u9ad8\u4f4e\u6eab\u57f9\u990a\u74b0\u5883\u5c0d\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\u7684\u7522\u91cf\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\uff1a\u56e0\u70ba\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u4f86\u8aaa\u8981\u80fd\u5920\u91cf\u7522\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8abf\u7bc0\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u751f\u7522\u6642\u9593\u9060\u8d85\u904e\u9019\u500b\u6642\u9650\u3002\u65e2\u7136\u4e0d\u662f\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\uff0c\u90a3\u6703\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n

Iwasaki\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\u572837\u5ea6\u4e0b\u57f9\u990a\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u80fd\u5920\u6975\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5728\u611f\u67d3\u5f8c\u7684\u4e03\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u555f\u52d5\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u540c\u6b78\u65bc\u76e1\uff1a\u9019\u6bd4\u5728\u4f4e\u6eab\u4e0b\u57f9\u990a\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u8981\u65e9\u597d\u591a\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u3002\u7576\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u7528\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6a5f\u5236\u4f86\u8ddf\u5165\u4fb5\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7389\u77f3\u4ff1\u711a\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u7e2e\u9650\u4e86\u75c5\u6bd2\u9ad4\u53ef\u4ee5\u760b\u72c2\u8907\u88fd\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u80fd\u8b93\u75c5\u6bd2\u5927\u8ecd\u6f70\u6563\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cIwasaki\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u9084\u767c\u73fe\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u9084\u6709\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u500b\u79d8\u5bc6\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u96d9\u80a1RNA\u6703\u89f8\u52d5\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u7531\u300cRNAseL\u300d\u64d4\u7db1\u7684\u8b66\u9234\u3002RNAseL\u662f\u4e00\u5c08\u9580\u964d\u89e3RNA\u7684\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u7576\u5176\u8b66\u9234\u5927\u97ff\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5c07\u75c5\u6bd2RNA\u5206\u89e3\u6389\u3002\u800cRNAseL\u8981\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u7387\u5730\u767c\u63ee\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6eab\u5ea6\u53ef\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u5f71\u97ff\u56e0\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n
