\u9b91\u6797\u535a\u58eb\u5c0d\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u5e7e\u8fd1\u504f\u57f7\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u91ab\u7642\u3001\u71df\u990a\u5b78\u754c\u4e00\u7247\u8b41\u7136\u3002\u6b63\u53cd\u8072\u97f3\u90fd\u6709\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u5be6\u9a57\u8207\u57fa\u790e\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5c0d\u9b91\u6797\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u8ad6\u9ede\u90fd\u662f\u4ee5\u8ca0\u9762\u9ede\u8a55\u4f5c\u6536\u3002\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u4f9d\u7136\u6c92\u6709\u624e\u5be6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6578\u64da\u8207\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u9b91\u6797\u535a\u58eb\u6240\u8b02\u300c\u9ad8\u5291\u91cf\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u9632\u611f\u5192\u3001\u6e1b\u7de9\u75c7\u72c0\u300d\u7684\u8ad6\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n

\u96d6\u7136\uff0c\u300c\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u300d\u7684\u78ba\u975e\u5e38\u4ecb\u610f\u6211\u5011\u6bcf\u5929\u5403\u9032\u5634\u88e1\u7684\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u63a2\u8a0e\u5169\u8005\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff1b\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u4ed4\u7d30\u67e5\u627e\u73fe\u6709\u6587\u737b\uff0c\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u76ee\u524d\u91dd\u5c0d\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u3001\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u7b49\u71df\u990a\u5143\u7d20\u5c0d\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6cf0\u534a\u662f\u7531\u7dad\u751f\u7d20A\u8207\u7dad\u751f\u7d20D\u5f15\u9818\u98a8\u9a37\u3002\u9b91\u6797\u535a\u58eb\u90a3\u672c\u72c2\u8ce3\u71b1\u92b7\u7684\u66f8\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u8b93\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u9632\u611f\u5192\u7684\u300c\u6c11\u4fd7\u7642\u6cd5\u300d\uff0c\u5982\u90fd\u5e02\u50b3\u8aaa\u822c\u6df1\u690d\u5927\u5bb6\u5fc3\u76ee\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u771f\u80fd\u589e\u5f37\u514d\u75ab\u529b\u55ce\uff1f\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6709\u5169\u7bc7\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u53ef\u80fd\u53cd\u800c\u6703\u6291\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\uff01<\/p>\n

\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u8056\u5730\u7259\u54e5\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u91cd\u93ae\u3001\u62c9\u970d\u4e9e\u904e\u654f\u66a8\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u9662\uff08La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology\uff09\uff0c\u7531\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u5927\u5de8\u982dAnjana Rao\u535a\u58eb\u6240\u5e36\u9818\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u5c0d\u7dad\u6301\u8207\u589e\u9032\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\uff08Regulatory T cells\uff0c\u5e38\u7c21\u5beb\u505aTreg\uff09\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9019\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u662f\u70ba\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u591a\u591a\u76ca\u5584\u7684\u8ad6\u9ede\u80cc\u66f8\u3002\u4f46\u554f\u984c\u662f\uff0c\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u88e1\uff0c\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u6291\u5236\u3001\u8e29\u524e\u8eca\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u8b93\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0d\u81f3\u65bc\u904e\u5ea6\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u8ddf\u5176\u4ed6\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u6bd4\u8f03\u8d77\u4f86\uff0c\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u76f8\u8f03\u4e4b\u4e0b\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u975e\u5e38\u7a00\u5c11\u3002\u9019\u8b93\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u96d6\u7136\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\u662f\u62ff\u4f86\u6cbb\u7642\u81ea\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u3001\u6216\u662f\u5c0d\u4ed8\u5668\u5b98\u79fb\u690d\u624b\u8853\u5f8c\u6392\u65a5\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9078\u64c7\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u537b\u8b93\u9019\u6291\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u300c\u947d\u77f3\u738b\u8001\u4e94\u300d\uff0c\u9084\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u73fe\u5be6\u88e1\u6d3e\u4e0a\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7528\u5834\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5728\u525b\u958b\u59cb\u6642\u722d\u8b70\u4e0d\u65b7\u3002\u6700\u5148\uff0c\u53ea\u77e5\u9053\u662f\u4e00\u7fa4\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u8868\u73feCD25\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bcCD4\u8f14\u52a9\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u5e95\u4e0b\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u3002\u4e00\u76f4\u5230\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u627e\u5230\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u6240\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u8d85\u7d1a\u95dc\u9375\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50\u300cFoxp3\u300d\uff0c\u624d\u70ba\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u5bb6\u65cf\u66d6\u6627\u4e0d\u660e\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u6b78\u5bbf\u3002\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u80f8\u817a\u88e1\u767c\u80b2\u800c\u6210\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u53eb\u505anTreg\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u300cn\u300d\u6a19\u8b58\u9019\u7fa4\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u81ea\u7136\u5f62\u6210\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u5468\u908a\u9084\u672a\u5206\u5316\u7684CD4\u8f14\u52a9\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u88ab\u523a\u6fc0\u8a98\u767c\u800c\u5f62\u6210\uff08\u6240\u4ee5\u53eb\u4f5ciTreg\uff0c\u300ci\u300d\u6307\u5176\u662f\u88ab\u8a98\u767c\u800c\u6210\uff09\u3002\u800c\u9019\u500b\u8d85\u7d1a\u95dc\u9375\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50\u300cFoxp3\u300d\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u65bc\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5f9e\u5468\u908a\u8f14\u52a9\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u800c\u4f86\u7684iTreg\u7d30\u80de\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5176\u7dad\u6301\u514d\u75ab\u6291\u5236\u529f\u80fd\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u63a8\u624b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u90a3\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u8b93Foxp3\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u5728\u8abf\u7bc0\u578b\u7d30\u80de\u88e1\u7a69\u5b9a\u53c8\u6301\u4e45\u5462\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u4ed4\u7d30\u77a7\u77a7Foxp3\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u5728\u5e8f\u5217\u88e1\u9762\uff0c\u6709\u81f3\u5c11\u4e09\u6bb5\u5e8f\u5217\u96d6\u7136\u4f4d\u8655\u5728\u975e\u7de8\u78bc\u5340\u6bb5\uff08noncoding DNA sequences\uff09\uff0c\u4f46DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u975e\u5e38\u4fdd\u5b88\u3002\u7576\u9019\u4e9b\u4fdd\u5b88\u975e\u7de8\u78bc\u5340\u6bb5\u7684DNA\u88ab\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u5f8c\uff0cFoxp3\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u5c31\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u800c\u8b93\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u5931\u53bb\u4e86Foxp3\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u7fa4\u88e1\uff0c\u7dad\u6301Foxp3\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u5c31\u6210\u70ba\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u529f\u80fd\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u95dc\u9375\u4e86\uff01<\/p>\n

\u800cAnjana Rao\u535a\u58eb\u6240\u5e36\u9818\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u8207\u8001\u9f20\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\u578bT\u7d30\u80de\u88e1\uff0c\u7dad\u6301Foxp3\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u53bb\u7532\u57fa\u5316\uff0c\u90fd\u4ef0\u8cf4TET\u9175\u7d20\uff08Ten-eleven translocation enzymes\uff09\u7684\u5e6b\u5fd9\u3002TET\u9175\u7d20\u53ef\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301Foxp3\u975e\u7de8\u78bc\u5340\u6bb5\u7684\u53bb\u7532\u57fa\u5316\uff0c\u800c\u4f7fFoxp3\u5728iTreg\u7d30\u80de\u88e1\u80fd\u5920\u7a69\u5b9a\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u800c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93TET\u9175\u7d20\u4fdd\u6301\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u5c31\u80fd\u5920\u7dad\u6301iTreg\u7d30\u80de\u88e1Foxp3\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u3002\u7121\u7368\u6709\u5076\uff0c\u97d3\u570b\u7ff0\u6797\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u9662Kwon-Ik Oh\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5728Journal of Immunology<\/em>\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\uff0c\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n
