NADP<sup>+<\/sup>\u00a0\u6240\u9700\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u8a31\u591a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u90fd\u8981\u9760\u9019\u5169\u500b\u8f14\u9176\u5e6b\u5fd9\uff1b\u800c\u5408\u6210\u9019\u5169\u500b\u8f14\u9176\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u6599\u5c31\u662f\u83f8\u9e7c\u9178\u3002<!--more-->\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7576\u7dad\u751f\u7d20B<sub>3<\/sub>\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6642\uff0c\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7522\u751f\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff1a\u7d30\u80de\u547c\u5438\uff08cellular respiration\uff09\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u91a3\u89e3\u4f5c\u7528\uff08glycolysis\uff09\u3001\u6ab8\u6aac\u9178\u5faa\u74b0\uff08\u514b\u6c0f\u5faa\u74b0 citric acid style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25cf\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u8207\u7389\u7c73\u7684\u95dc\u9023<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u8aaa\u4e86\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\u7dad\u751f\u7d20B<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u7389\u7c73\u8ddf\u5b83\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u95dc\u4fc2\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u539f\u4f86\uff0c\u6700\u65e9\u767c\u73fe\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u5c31\u662f\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u4ee5\u7389\u7c73\u70ba\u4e3b\u98df\u7684\u5730\u5340\u3002\u57281735\u5e74\uff0c\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u7684\u5361\u85a9\u723e\u91ab\u5e2b\uff08Dr. Gaspar Casal\uff09\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\uff0c\u5728\u4ee5\u7389\u7c73\u70ba\u4e3b\u98df\u7684\u5730\u5340\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u75c5\uff1a\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u9396\u9aa8\u8207\u9838\u90e8\u4e4b\u9593\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86\u76ae\u819a\u708e\u3002\u4ed6\u5c07\u9019\u500b\u75c5\u5fb5\u7a31\u70ba\u5361\u85a9\u723e\u9805\u5708\uff08Casal agra\uff08\u9178\uff09\u5169\u500b\u5b57\u7d44\u5408\u8d77\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u7576\u6642\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u76db\u884c\u7387\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5e7e\u4e4e\u90fd\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u4ee5\u7389\u7c73\u70ba\u4e3b\u98df\u7684\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u6709\u4e9b\u91ab\u751f\u76f8\u4fe1\u7389\u7c73\u6709\u6bd2\u3002\u7576\u6642\u9084\u6709\u91ab\u5e2b\u5728\u6cd5\u570b\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0d\u5403\u7389\u7c73\uff0c\u800c\u4e5f\u7684\u78ba\u4f7f\u5f97\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u6539\u5584\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5f88\u5947\u5999\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u5728\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u6709\u4e9b\u91ab\u5e2b\u958b\u59cb\u7814\u7a76\u8d77\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u4eba\u6c11\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u600e\u9ebc\u5403\u7389\u7c73\u7684\uff1f\u7562\u7adf\u4ed6\u5011\u5df2\u7d93\u5403\u7389\u7c73\u5403\u4e86\u4e0a\u5343\u5e74\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7389\u7c73\u771f\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\uff0c\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u65e9\u5c31\u6b7b\u5149\u4e86\u5427\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u5230\u4e8620\u4e16\u7d00\u521d\u671f\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5357\u90e8\u8b8a\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u7f8e\u570b\u958b\u59cb\u7814\u7a76\u8d77\u9019\u500b\u75c5\u75c7\u4f86\u3002\u6709\u591a\u56b4\u91cd\u5462\uff1f\u5f9e1906\u5e74\u52301940\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u4e09\u5341\u4e94\u5e74\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u4e09\u767e\u842c\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u5f97\u5230\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5341\u842c\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff1b\u5149\u662f1915\u5e74\uff0c\u5357\u5361\u7f85\u840a\u7d0d\u5dde\u5c31\u67091,306\u4eba\u56e0\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u800c\u6b7b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u88e1\u9762\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u7d04\u745f\u592b\u00b7\u6208\u5fb7\u4f2f\u683c\u91ab\u5e2b\uff08Dr. Joseph Goldberger\uff09\u3002\u6208\u5fb7\u4f2f\u683c\u91ab\u5e2b\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5728\u5b64\u5152\u9662\u88e1\u9762\u76846\u81f312\u6b72\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5\u9662\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u5f97\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u6208\u5fb7\u4f2f\u683c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8b93\u4ed6\u5f97\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u5047\u8a2d\uff1a\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8089\u3001\u5976\u3001\u86cb\u548c\u8c46\u985e\u98df\u7269\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u6613\u60a3\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u65b0\u9bae\u7684\u8089\u3001\u5976\u3001\u86cb\u548c\u8c46\u985e\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u6208\u5fb7\u4f2f\u683c\u8b49\u660e\u4e86\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff1a\u7cd9\u76ae\u75c5\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u9632\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
