Madison)\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u539a\u5ea66.28nm\u7684\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u300c\u4e8c\u786b\u5316\u926c\u300d\u88fd\u4f5c\u505a\u51fa\u7126\u8ddd\u53ef\u9054284\u03bcm\u7684\u900f\u93e1\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u7d50\u679c\u88ab\u767c\u8868\u5728\u00a0<em>Light: Science &amp; Applications\u00a0<\/em>\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u4e2d\u6700\u8457\u540d\u7684\u4fbf\u662f\u7372\u5f97\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u734e\u7684\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef(Graphene)\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u539f\u5b50\u53ea\u5728\u4e8c\u7dad\u5e73\u9762\u6709\u9375\u7d50\uff0c\u5c64\u8207\u5c64\u4e4b\u9593\u9760\u51e1\u5fb7\u74e6\u529b\u9023\u7d50\uff0c\u4e5f\u6b63\u7531\u65bc\u662f\u4e00\u5c64\u4e00\u5c64\u5806\u758a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6750\u6599\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u975e\u5e38\u8584\uff0c\u8584\u5230\u53ea\u6709\u5e7e\u5c64\u539f\u5b50\u539a\u3002\u4f46\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u6368\u68c4\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u4e8c\u786b\u5316\u926c\uff0c\u88fd\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u900f\u93e1\u53ea\u67096.28nm\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f9\u5c64\u539f\u5b50\u539a\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u9019\u9ebc\u8584\u8584\u4e00\u5c64\u6750\u6599\u4e0a\u88fd\u4f5c\u51fa\u66f2\u9762\u4e26\u4f5c\u70ba\u900f\u93e1\uff0c\u5be6\u5728\u4ee4\u4eba\u5616\u5616\u7a31\u5947\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5728\u8a66\u5716\u89e3\u91cb\u9019\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7576\u5149\u6253\u5165\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\uff0c\u5176\u5149\u7a0b(optical path)\u6703\u7570\u5e38\u7684\u9577\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8b93\u5149\u5b78\u76f8\u4f4d\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u9060\u8d85\u904e\u6750\u6599\u672c\u8eab\u539a\u5ea6\u6240\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u76f8\u4f4d\u5dee\u6b63\u662f\u5e72\u6d89\u6216\u7e5e\u5c04\u73fe\u8c61\u7522\u751f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u5149\u7a0b\u5462\uff1f\u5149\u7a0b\u662f\u6307\u5149\u5728\u4ecb\u8cea\u4e2d\u6240\u8d70\u7684\u7b49\u6548\u8ddd\u96e2\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\u5149\u7a0b\u70ba\u6750\u6599\u539a\u5ea6\u4e58\u4e0a\u6298\u5c04\u7387\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u73bb\u7483\u6298\u5c04\u7387\u7d04\u70ba1.4\uff0c\u5149\u5728\u73bb\u7483\u5167\u8d701cm\uff0c\u76f8\u7576\u65bc\u5728\u771f\u7a7a\u8d70\u4e861.4cm\uff0c1.4cm\u5373\u662f\u73bb\u7483\u5167\u7684\u5149\u7a0b\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u7576\u6750\u6599\u7e2e\u5c0f\u5230\u53ea\u6709\u5e7e\u500b\u539f\u5b50\u539a\uff0c\u795e\u5947\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u5c31\u767c\u751f\u4e86\uff0c\u55ae\u5c64\u4e8c\u786b\u5316\u926c\u5927\u7d040.7nm\u539a\uff0c\u6298\u5c04\u7387\u7d04\u70ba4.4\uff0c\u7167\u7406\u8aaa\u5149\u7a0b\u61c9\u8a72\u53ea\u67090.7*4.4=3.08nm\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u9a57\u91cf\u6e2c\u537b\u767c\u73fe\u55ae\u5c64\u4e8c\u786b\u5316\u926c\u7684\u5149\u7a0b\u9ad8\u905438nm\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5c0d\u5149\u675f\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5b83\u770b\u5230\u7684\u6750\u6599\u6bd4\u5be6\u969b\u6750\u6599\u9084\u8981\u539a\u8d85\u904e10\u500d\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u5229\u7528\u8584\u8584\u5e7e\u5c64\u6750\u6599\u9054\u6210\u5176\u539a\u5ea610\u500d\u4ee5\u4e0a\u624d\u505a\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u5149\u7a0b\u9577\u4ee3\u8868\u5149\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u6750\u6599\u6642\u80fd\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u5dee\u8f03\u5927\uff0c\u7e5e\u5c04\u53ca\u5e72\u6d89\u6548\u61c9\u4fbf\u66f4\u986f\u8457\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
