\u91c0\u9152\u9175\u6bcd\uff08Saccharomyces cerevisiae<\/em>\uff09\uff0c\u53c8\u7a31\u9eb5\u5305\u9175\u6bcd\u6216\u8005\u51fa\u82bd\u9175\u6bcd\u3002\u91c0\u9152\u9175\u6bcd\u662f\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u95dc\u4fc2\u6700\u5bc6\u5207\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u9175\u6bcd\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u56e0\u7232\u50b3\u7d71\u4e0a\u5b83\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u88fd\u4f5c\u9eb5\u5305\u548c\u9945\u982d\uff0c\u98df\u54c1\u7d1a\u91c0\u9152\u3001\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u7684\u767c\u9175\u4e5f\u5c11\u4e0d\u4e86\u5b83\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u73fe\u4ee3\u5206\u5b50\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u4e2d\u7528\u4e5f\u4f5c\u771f\u6838\u6a21\u5f0f\u751f\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7f8e\u570b\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u7684\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u897f\u5317\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u5bb6Aim\u00e9e Dudley\u7b49\u4eba\u70ba\u4e86\u77ad\u89e3\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u7684\u591a\u6a23\u6027\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u4ed6\u5011\u5230\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u4e2d\u5c0b\u627e\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u767c\u73fe\u4e2d\u5357\u7f8e\u6d32\u3001\u975e\u6d32\u3001\u4e9e\u6d32\u548c\u5370\u5c3c\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u6975\u70ba\u8ca7\u4e4f\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u65c5\u8cbb\u5230\u8655\u63a1\u6a23\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u4ed6\u5011\u628a\u8166\u7b4b\u52d5\u5230\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8a31\u591a\u9084\u6c92\u6709\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u63a1\u6a23\u7684\u5730\u9ede\uff0c\u90fd\u51fa\u7522\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u3002\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u5206\u5225\u6e90\u81ea\u8863\u7d22\u6bd4\u4e9e\u548c\u5357\u7f8e\u6d32\u3002\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\u662f\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u5728\u6536\u6210\u53ef\u53ef\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u53ef\u8fb2\u6703\u628a\u53ef\u53ef\u7684\u679c\u83a2\u5256\u958b\u767c\u9175\u5e7e\u9031\u518d\u6536\u53d6\u88e1\u982d\u7684\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\u3002\u540c\u6a23\u7684\uff0c\u5496\u5561\u8fb2\u4e5f\u6703\u5728\u5f9e\u6f3f\u679c\u4e2d\u53d6\u51fa\u5496\u5561\u8c46\u7684\u524d\u5f8c\u8b93\u5b83\u5011\u767c\u9175\u3002\u65bc\u662f\u4ed6\u5011\u6253\u4e86\u5496\u5561\u548c\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u7684\u4e3b\u610f\uff0c\u63a1\u8cfc\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5496\u5561\u8c46\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5f9e\u4e2d\u63a1\u96c6\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u6536\u96c6\u5230\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u7684\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\uff0c\u5c31\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u57f9\u990a\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8403\u5c45\u53d6DNA\u9032\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f\u4f86\u6bd4\u8f03\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u95dc\u4fc2\u548c\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u6240\u6709\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u90fd\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u5927\u65cf\u7fa4\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u4f86\u81ea\u6b50\u6d32\u91c0\u9152\u7684\u9175\u6bcd\u3001\u4e00\u500b\u4f86\u81ea\u5317\u7f8e\u7684\u6a61\u6a39\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u4f86\u81ea\u4e9e\u6d32\u3002\u540c\u6642\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5340\u57df\u9593\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u7684\u9060\u8fd1\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u9077\u5f99\u8def\u7dda\uff0c\u770b\u4f86\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5316\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u628a\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u8de8\u6d0b\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u4e5f\u5728\u628a\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u56db\u8655\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f8b\u5982\u54e5\u502b\u6bd4\u4e9e\u7684\u5496\u5561\u9175\u6bcd\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5317\u7f8e\u6a61\u6a39\u9175\u6bcd\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u91c0\u9152\u9175\u6bcd\u7684\u6df7\u8840\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u6b50\u6d32\u4eba\u6b96\u6c11\u5357\u7f8e\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\uff1b\u800c\u8449\u9580\u7684\u5496\u5561\u9175\u6bcd\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u4e9e\u6d32\u54c1\u7cfb\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u91c0\u9152\u9175\u6bcd\u7684\u6df7\u8840\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u85c9\u7531\u7d72\u7da2\u4e4b\u8def\u7684\u6771\u897f\u4ea4\u6d41\u800c\u9082\u9005\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4ed6\u5011\u9084\u672a\u7814\u7a76\u4e0d\u540c\u54c1\u7cfb\u7684\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u662f\u5426\u548c\u5496\u5561\u6216\u53ef\u53ef\u7684\u98a8\u571f\u5473\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u5df2\u77e5\u548c\u8461\u8404\u9152\u7684\u98a8\u571f\u5473\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u6b64\u5916\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\uff0c\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u6bd4\u91c0\u9152\u9175\u6bcd\u9084\u9ad8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u5496\u5561\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u7684\u98a8\u571f\u5473\u4e0a\u647b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4e00\u8173\u3002<\/p>\n
