radiata<\/em>\uff0cmungbean\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u8c46\u79d1\u3001\u8776\u5f62\u82b1\u4e9e\u79d1\u8c47\u8c46\u5c6c\u690d\u7269\u3002\u7da0\u8c46\u539f\u7522\u5370\u5ea6\u3001\u7dec\u7538\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u57286\u5343\u81f34\u5343\u5e74\u524d\u88ab\u99b4\u5316\uff08acclimation\uff09\u7684\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u6771\u4e9e\u5404\u570b\u666e\u904d\u7a2e\u690d\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u3001\u6b50\u6d32\u3001\u7f8e\u570b\u4e5f\u5c11\u91cf\u7a2e\u690d\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u662f\u6700\u5927\u7a2e\u690d\u570b\uff0c\u800c\u4e2d\u570b\u3001\u7dec\u7538\u7b49\u570b\u662f\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u7da0\u8c46\u51fa\u53e3\u570b\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u7da0\u8c46\u5c6c\u65bc\u559c\u71b1\uff0c\u77ed\u65e5\u7167\u4f5c\u7269\uff1b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6625\uff084\u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u81f35\u6708\u4e0a\u4e2d\u65ec\uff09\u3001\u590f\uff086\u6708\u4e2d\u3001\u4e0b\u65ec\uff09\u64ad\u7a2e\u3002\u751f\u9577\u5468\u671f\u7d04\u70ba70\u81f3110\u5929\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u7da0\u8c46\u8010\u852d\u6027\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7da0\u8c46\u6839\u90e8\u7684\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u5177\u6709\u56fa\u6c2e\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7da0\u8c46\u5728\u5be6\u969b\u7a2e\u690d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5e38\u5e38\u53ef\u4ee5\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4f5c\u7269\u5957\u7a2e\uff0c\u5982\u7389\u7c73\u3001\u7a40\u7269\u3001\u829d\u9ebb\u7b49\u3002 \u7da0\u8c46\u7a2e\u5b50\u548c\u8396\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u98df\u7528\u3002\u4e7e\u7da0\u8c46\u5448\u7da0\u9ec3\u8272\u6216\u6697\u7da0\u8272\uff0c\u5805\u786c\u6709\u5149\u6fa4\uff0c\u542b\u6709\u985e\u9ec3\u916e\u3001\u55ae\u5be7\u3001\u7682\u7d20\u3001\u751f\u7269\u9e7c\u3001\u690d\u7269\u753e\u9187\u3001\u9999\u8c46\u7d20\u3001\u5f37\u5fc3\u82f7\u7b49\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u7da0\u8c46\u7a2e\u5b50\u52a0\u6c34\u840c\u767c\u6210\u7684\u8c46\u82bd\u662f\u6771\u4e9e\u3001\u5357\u4e9e\u70f9\u8abf\u4e2d\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u852c\u83dc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7da0\u8c46\u82bd\u542b\u6709\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\uff0c\u8207\u7da0\u8c46\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u7da0\u8c46\u82bd\u4e2d\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5206\u89e3\u6210\u4e86\u4eba\u9ad4\u66f4\u6613\u5438\u6536\u7684\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u3002 \u97d3\u570b\u9996\u723e\u570b\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u5370\u5ea6\u570b\u969b\u534a\u4e7e\u65f1\u71b1\u5e36\u4f5c\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7b49\u4eba\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u683d\u57f9\u7da0\u8c46\uff08<em>V. radiata<\/em> var. <em>radiata<\/em> VC1973A\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u91ce\u751f\u7da0\u8c46\uff08<em>V. radiata<\/em> var. <em>sublobata<\/em>\uff09\u7684\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e86\u5169\u8005\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4ee5\u77ad\u89e3\u7da0\u8c46\u7684\u99b4\u5316\u3002\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u8868\u57282014\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u8a0a\u300b\uff08<em>Nature Communications<\/em>\uff09\u3002 \u8c47\u8c46\u5c6c\u9084\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7269\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u66f2\u6bdb\u8c47\u8c46\uff08<em>V. reflexo-pilosa<\/em> var. <em>glabra<\/em>\uff0ccr\u00e9ole bean\uff09\u3001\u5409\u8c46\uff08<em>V. mungo<\/em>\uff0cblack gram\uff09\u3001\u8d64\u5c0f\u8c46\uff08<em>V. umbellata<\/em>\uff0c rice bean\uff09\u3001\u70cf\u982d\u8449\u8c47\u8c46\uff08<em>V. aconitifolia<\/em>\uff0cmoth bean\uff09\u548c\u7d05\u8c46\uff08 <em>V. angularis<\/em>\uff0c adzuki bean\uff09\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8c47\u8c46\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5927\u5c0f\u4e0d\u7b49\uff0c\u5f9e416 to 1,394\u2009Mb\u90fd\u6709\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u77ad\u89e3\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u7a2e\u5316\u548c\u6f14\u5316\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9084\u5229\u7528\u4e8622\u7a2e\u8c47\u8c46\u7684\u8f49\u7da0\u9ad4\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ca\u5927\u8c46\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u91cd\u5efa\u4e86\u8c47\u8c46\u7684\u89aa\u7de3\u6f14\u5316\u6a39\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u540c\u6642\u5b9a\u5e8f\u4e86\u5206\u4f48\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u7b49\u5730\u7684\u8c46\u79d1\u8c47\u8c46\u5c6c\u7684\u6372\u6bdb\u8c47\u8c46\u56db\u500d\u9ad4 \uff08<em>Vigna reflexo-pilosa<\/em> var. <em>glabra<\/em>\uff09\uff0c\u6372\u6bdb\u8c47\u8c46\u662f\u7da0\u8c46\u7684\u8fd1\u89aa\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u56db\u500d\u9ad4\u662f\u6f14\u5316\u4e0a\u8fd1\u671f\u7522\u751f\u7684\u591a\u500d\u9ad4\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002 \u7531\u65bc\u7da0\u8c46\u7684\u7a2e\u690d\u5927\u591a\u662f\u5728\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u8f03\u70ba\u843d\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u85c9\u6b64\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u8fb2\u85dd\u5b78\u5bb6\u9032\u884c\u7da0\u8c46\u54c1\u7a2e\u7684\u6539\u826f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u539f\u5b78\u8853\u8ad6\u6587\uff1a<\/strong>Kang
