debridement)\u628a\u6839\u7ba1\u5167\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u8840\u7ba1\u6e05\u9664\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u6d88\u6bd2\uff0c\u5f85\u56de\u8a3a\u5f8c\u82e5\u6839\u7ba1\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u5316\u81bf\u767c\u708e\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u5229\u7528Gutta Percha(GP)\u9019\u500b\u6750\u6599\u628a\u6839\u7ba1\u5c01\u586b\u8d77\u4f86\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u8981\u4ecb\u7d39\u7684\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u4fbf\u662f\u300c\u5c01\u586b\u300d\u9019\u500b\u6700\u5f8c\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u65e6\u5c01\u586b\u5c31\u8981\u78ba\u4fdd\u4e0d\u6703\u518d\u5ea6\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u82e5\u662f\u518d\u5ea6\u611f\u67d3\u4fbf\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u6253\u958b\u7259\u96a8\u8154\uff0c\u5c0d\u75c5\u4eba\u8ddf\u7259\u91ab\u4f86\u8aaa\u90fd\u662f\u4ef6\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u4e8b\u3002\u73fe\u884c\u666e\u904d\u7528\u65bc\u5c01\u586b\u7259\u96a8\u8154\u7684\u6750\u6599GP\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6a39\u81a0(\u6c92\u6709\u6253\u932f\u5b57\uff0c\u771f\u7684\u662f\u6a39\u81a0\u800c\u975e\u5851\u81a0)\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u7528\u65bc\u6839\u7ba1\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u7121\u6bd2\u3001\u4fbf\u5b9c\u3001\u5bb9\u6613\u79fb\u9664\u800c\u4e14\u9577\u4e45\u88ab\u91ab\u754c\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u662fGP\u7684\u5c01\u586b\u80fd\u529b\u4e26\u975e\u5b8c\u7f8e\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u7259\u96a8\u8154\u4e2d\u6703\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5c0f\u5206\u652f\uff0c\u6750\u6599\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u80fd\u5b8c\u5168\u586b\u585e\u5230\u9019\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7e2b\u9699\uff0c\u800c\u4e14GP\u5c0d\u65bc\u7259\u9f52\u7684\u9644\u8457\u529b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5920\u597d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u5c01\u586b\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7a7a\u9593\u5c31\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\u6ecb\u751f\u7684\u7d55\u4f73\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u9020\u6210\u4e8c\u6b21\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u6d1b\u6749\u78ef\u5206\u6821(University of California, Los Angeles, UCLA)\u6700\u65b0\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4fbf\u5c07\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3(nanodiamond)\u6df7\u9032GP\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u8907\u5408\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5c01\u586b\u6642\u7684\u6bba\u83cc\u6548\u679c\u4e26\u589e\u52a0\u5b83\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f37\u5ea6\u3002\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u5927\u5c0f\u5927\u7d044-6\u5948\u7c73\uff0c\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u5c07\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u9472\u5d4c\u9032GP\u4e2d\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5df2\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u5177\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027(biocompatibility) \u800c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u70ba\u85e5\u7269\u50b3\u8f38\u7684\u5a92\u4ecb\uff0c\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u5b83\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u6709\u6297\u83cc\u7684\u7279\u6027\u3002\u7531GP\u8ddf\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u8907\u5408\u6750\u6599\u88ab\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u547d\u540d\u70baNDGP(NanoDiamond-embedded Gutta Percha)\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u53ef\u4ee5\u7576\u4f5c\u85e5\u7269\u50b3\u8f38\u7684\u5a92\u4ecb\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u88fd\u4f5cNDGP\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u586b\u585e\u4e4b\u524d\u4fbf\u5148\u8b93\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u651c\u5e36\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u963f\u83ab\u897f\u6797(Amoxicillin)\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u5176\u6df7\u5165GP\u4e4b\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\u8907\u5408\u6750\u6599NDGP\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u518d\u5c07NDGP\u62ff\u4f86\u586b\u585e\u7259\u96a8\u8154\uff0c\u5047\u4f7f\u771f\u7684\u6709\u7d30\u83cc\u6ecb\u751f\u4e5f\u80fd\u88ab\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6bba\u6b7b\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u6839\u7ba1\u6cbb\u7642\u586b\u585eGP\u7684\u6642\u5019\u4e26\u4e0d\u6703\u52a0\u5165\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u586b\u585e\u4e4b\u524d\u76e1\u529b\u5c07\u7259\u96a8\u8154\u6e05\u7406\u4e7e\u6de8\uff0c\u800cNDGP\u56e0\u70ba\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u672c\u8eab\u80fd\u6297\u83cc\uff0c\u53c8\u5916\u52a0\u651c\u5e36\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u66f4\u52a0\u907f\u514d\u5c01\u586b\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \/>\u9664\u4e86\u80fd\u5920\u6297\u83cc\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u7684NDGP\u586b\u585e\u80fd\u529b\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u5927\u95dc\u9375\uff0c\u82e5\u662f\u52a0\u5165\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c01\u586b\u80fd\u529b\u8b8a\u5f31\uff0c\u704c\u5165\u7259\u96a8\u8154\u53cd\u800c\u7522\u751f\u66f4\u591a\u7e2b\u9699\u8ddf\u5c0f\u7a7a\u9593\u8b93\u7d30\u83cc\u6ecb\u751f\uff0c\u90a3\u589e\u52a0\u6bba\u83cc\u80fd\u529b\u5c31\u6c92\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u4e86\u3002\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5be6\u9a57\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528X-\u5149\u8b49\u660e\u52a0\u5165\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7684GP\u586b\u585e\u80fd\u529b\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6c92\u6709\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f9d\u820a\u662f\u500b\u9069\u5408\u7528\u65bc\u6839\u7ba1\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3002\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u5948\u7c73\u947d\u77f3\u8b93GP\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f37\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u7528\u6bd4\u8f03\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u6750\u6599\u8853\u8a9e\u63cf\u8ff0\u5c31\u662f\u694a\u6c0f\u4fc2\u6578(Young\u2019s Modulus)\u3001\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6(tensile strength)\u53ca\u97cc\u6027(toughness)\u90fd\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u4f38\u9577\u7387(percent
