class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u88ab\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\uff08phytoplasma\uff09\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7d2b\u9310\u83ca\u3002\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1awiki<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u64b0\u6587\uff5c<\/strong>\u8449\u7da0\u8212<\/p>\n<p>\u50f5\u5c4d\u5927\u5bb6\u807d\u904e\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u53ef\u80fd\u4e5f\u77e5\u9053\u6709\u7a2e\u771f\u83cc\u53ef\u4ee5\u88fd\u9020\u50f5\u5c4d\u87fb\uff0c\u8b93\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u879e\u87fb\u4e0d\u518d\u8a8d\u771f\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u722c\u51fa\u87fb\u7aa9\uff0c\u5c0b\u627e\u4e00\u7247\u8ddd\u96e2\u5730\u8868\u6bd4\u8f03\u8fd1\u7684\u6a39\u8449\uff0c\u54ac\u4e0b\u4e00\u53e3\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u6b7b\u6389\u3002\u63a5\u8457\u771f\u83cc\u7684\u5b50\u5be6\u9ad4\u5c31\u6703\u5f9e\u879e\u87fb\u7684\u982d\u90e8\u9577\u51fa\u4f86...\u9054\u6210\u50b3\u64ad\u771f\u83cc\u5b62\u5b50\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u50f5\u5c4d\u690d\u7269\uff1f\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u5c11\u4eba\u807d\u904e\u5427\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u50f5\u5c4d\u690d\u7269\u662f\u7531\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\uff08phytoplasma\uff09\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u3002\u9ef4\u6f3f\u83cc\uff08mycoplasma\uff09\u5927\u5bb6\u53ef\u80fd\u90fd\u807d\u904e\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u4eba\u807d\u904e\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u8ddf\u9ef4\u6f3f\u83cc\u985e\u4f3c\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u7d30\u80de\u58c1\u7684\u751f\u7269\u3002\u53ea\u662f\u9ef4\u6f3f\u83cc\u9664\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u611f\u67d3\u52d5\u7269\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u8150\u751f\uff1b\u4f46\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u53ea\u80fd\u4f5c\u70ba\u690d\u7269\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u83cc\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u690d\u7269\u7684\u5bc4\u751f\u83cc\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u8449\u87ec\u3001\u98db\u8768\u7b49\u5438\u53d6\u7be9\u7ba1\u6c41\u6db2\u7684\u5bb3\u87f2\u4f5c\u70ba\u5a92\u4ecb\u4f86\u611f\u67d3\u690d\u7269\u3002\u611f\u67d3\u690d\u7269\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u690d\u7269\u5149\u9577\u8449\u5b50\u4e0d\u9577\u82b1\uff0c\u9577\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u8449\u5b50\u4e5f\u5f88\u7578\u5f62\uff08\u5982\u5716\u4e2d\u7684\u7d2b\u9310\u82b1\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u88ab\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u611f\u67d3\u5f8c\u7684\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5149\u9577\u8449\u5b50\uff08\u8449\u72c0\u9ad4\uff09\u4e0d\u9577\u82b1\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8449\u72c0\u9ad4\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5c31\u662f\u7528\u4f86\u7522\u751f\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b83\u5011\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u50f5\u5c4d\u300d\u690d\u7269\uff08zombie plants\uff09\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u690d\u7269\u7121\u6cd5\u958b\u82b1\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u9020\u6210\u690d\u7269\u5c31\u6b64\u88ab\u300c\u7d55\u5f8c\u300d\u4e86\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u7a76\u7adf\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u662f\u600e\u9ebc\u9020\u6210\u50f5\u5c4d\u690d\u7269\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u5462\uff1f\u904e\u53bb\u66fe\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u611f\u67d3\u9020\u6210\u690d\u7269\u8cc0\u723e\u8499\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\u6700\u8fd1\u5c0d\u65bc\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u672c\u8eab\u6703\u7522\u751f\u4e00\u500b\u7a31\u70baSAP54\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5728\u69cb\u9020\u4e0a\u8207\u690d\u7269\u7528\u4f86\u555f\u52d5\u958b\u82b1\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u86cb\u767dAP1\u6216SEP\u5bb6\u65cf\u7b49MADS\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50\uff08MADS-domain transcription factor\uff09\u975e\u5e38\u76f8\u4f3c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u6703\u7d93\u7531\u4e92\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u96d9\u9ad4\uff08dimer\uff09\u6216\u56db\u5143\u9ad4\uff08tetramer\uff09\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u518d\u8207DNA\u7d50\u5408\u4f86\u8abf\u7bc0\u8ddf\u82b1\u5668\u767c\u80b2\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u7576\u9019\u500b\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u88abSAP54\u86cb\u767d\u727d\u5236\u4f4f\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u7121\u6cd5\u8207DNA\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5b83\u5011\u88ab\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\uff08ubiquitination\uff09\u5f8c\u518d\u9001\u523026S\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u9ad4\uff0826S proteosome\uff09\u53bb\u5206\u89e3\u3002\u9019\u9ebc\u4e00\u4f86\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7121\u6cd5\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u690d\u7269\u7684\u82b1\u8b8a\u6210\u4e86\u8449\u72c0\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SAP54\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u727d\u5236\u4e86AP1\/SEP\u5bb6\u65cf\u5462\uff1f\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u4ee5\u96fb\u8166\u6a21\u64ec\u5206\u6790SAP54\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u4ee5\u5f8c\u767c\u73fe\uff0cSAP54\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u8207SEP3\u6700\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u8868\u793aSAP54\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7d93\u7531\u76f4\u63a5\u8207AP1\/SEP\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5011\u4e92\u52d5\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b83\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u8207\u61c9\u8a72\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u6210\u54e1\u7d50\u5408\uff08\u4e00\u7a2e\u72f8\u8c93\u63db\u592a\u5b50\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff1f\uff09\u3002\u7576\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u628aSAP54\u8207AP1\/SEP\u86cb\u767d\u653e\u5728\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u88e1\u9762\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u770b\u5230SAP54\u8207AP1\u5169\u500b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u4e92\u52d5\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5982AP1\/SEP\u9019\u985e\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5f88\u5c11\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u86cb\u767d\u4e92\u52d5\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5c0d\u65bcSAP54\u9019\u500b\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u6e90\u81ea\u65bc\u690d\u7269\u8207\u5426\uff0c\u611f\u5230\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u7814\u7a76SAP54\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u6700\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\u9032\u884c\u5e8f\u5217\u6bd4\u5c0d\u3002SAP54\u9019\u500b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u6210\u5169\u500b\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u8b93SAP54\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5206\u6ccc\u51fa\u53bb\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\u5247\u662f\u8207AP1\/SEP\u86cb\u767d\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u4ee5\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u5e8f\u5217\u4f86\u5206\u6790\u6bd4\u5c0d\u5f8c\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5206\u6ccc\u90e8\u5206\u53ea\u670921%\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5247\u9664\u4e86\u96fb\u8166\u6a21\u64ec\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u76f8\u4f3c\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\u6975\u4f4e\uff01\u9019\u986f\u793a\u4e86\uff0cSAP54\u61c9\u8a72\u4e0d\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u690d\u7269\u83cc\u8cea\u9ad4\u672c\u8eab\u70ba\u4e86\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u690d\u7269\u3001\u6307\u63ee\u690d\u7269\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u505a\u5de5\uff0c\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u8da8\u540c\u6f14\u5316\uff08convergent molecular
