noreferrer\">\u7cfb\u5217\u56db<\/a>\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u6ce2\u9577\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u5728\u76ee\u524d\u6280\u8853\u8f03\u70ba\u6210\u719f\u7684\u5169\u500b\u6ce2\u6bb51300nm\u53ca1500nm\u90fd\u6709\u901f\u5ea6\u5920\u5feb\u7684\u5149\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\uff0c\u5176\u6750\u6599\u662f\u8ddf\u77fd\u540c\u70ba\u56db\u65cf\u7684\u937a(Ge)\uff1b\u4f46\u6587\u4e2d\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u63d0\u5230\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u5176\u4ed6\u6ce2\u9577\uff0c\u4fbf\u80fd\u651c\u5e36\u66f4\u591a\u8a0a\u865f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6ce2\u9577\u70ba2\u03bcm\u7684\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u4fbf\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u3002\u8981\u958b\u767c\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u6ce2\u9577\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u9808\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u8ddf\u9019\u500b\u6ce2\u9577\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5c0d1300nm\u62161500nm\u9069\u7528\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u7d93\u904e\u4e00\u4e9b\u8abf\u6574\u4e4b\u5f8c\u62ff\u4f862\u03bcm\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4f46\u5149\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u537b\u4e0d\u884c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u57281300nm\u62161500nm\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u937a\uff0c\u6ce2\u9577\u6700\u9577\u53ea\u80fd\u63a5\u53d7\u52301850nm\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6ce2\u95772\u03bcm\u7684\u5149\u5c0d\u937a\u662f\u900f\u660e\u7684\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u7121\u6cd5\u6536\u5230\u5149\u5b50\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u937a\u6c92\u8fa6\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u9069\u7528\u65bc2\u03bcm\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u5149\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u65e9\u5df2\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u95dc\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f7f\u7528\u937a\u932b\u5408\u91d1\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u6536\u9019\u500b\u6ce2\u6bb5\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u901f\u5ea6\u537b\u4e0d\u5920\u5feb\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u9805\u6280\u8853\u662f\u5229\u7528\u4e09\u4e94\u65cf\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u70ba\u4e3b\u8981\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4f46\u4e09\u4e94\u65cf\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u6574\u5408\u9032\u77fd\u88fd\u7a0b\u88e1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f86\u81ea\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u9ea5\u514b\u99ac\u65af\u7279\u5927\u5b78(McMaster University)\u7684Andrew Knights\u6559\u6388\u4fbf\u5e0c\u671b\u7528\u77fd\u672c\u8eab\u4f86\u505a\u70ba\u5149\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\uff0c\u4f46\u77fd\u9019\u500b\u6750\u6599\u5c0d\u6ce2\u95772\u03bcm\u7684\u5149\u4e5f\u662f\u900f\u660e\u7684\u3002\u8981\u8b93\u77fd\u80fd\u5920\u63a5\u6536\u9019\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u5149\u5b50\uff0cAndrew Knights\u6559\u6388\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u5f15\u5165\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7f3a\u9677\u5728\u77fd\u7684\u80fd\u9699(band gap)\u4e2d\u9593\u7522\u751f\u7f3a\u9677\u614b(defect state)\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u77fd\u5438\u6536\u6ce2\u95771.96\u52302.5 \u03bcm\u7684\u5149\u5b50\uff0c\u8981\u5f15\u5165\u7f3a\u9677\u5c0d\u65bc\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u5de5\u696d\u4f86\u8aaa\u4e26\u4e0d\u4ef6\u96e3\u4e8b\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u96e2\u5b50\u4f48\u690d (ion implantation) \u5373\u53ef\uff0c\u96e2\u5b50\u4f48\u690d\u662f\u5229\u7528\u5f88\u5f37\u7684\u96fb\u5834\u5c07\u5e36\u96fb\u96e2\u5b50\u52a0\u901f\u4e4b\u5f8c\u786c\u6253\u9032\u6750\u6599\u5167\u90e8\uff0c\u6240\u8b02\u7684n-\u578b\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6216p-\u578b\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u4e5f\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u500b\u76f8\u7576\u6210\u719f\u7684\u6280\u8853\u3002\u690d\u5165\u96e2\u5b50\u5f8c\u7684\u77fd\u5149\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5438\u6536\u6ce2\u95771.96\u52302.5 Photonics<\/em>\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u517c\u5177\u901f\u5ea6\u5feb\u53ca\u88fd\u7a0b\u5bb9\u6613\u5169\u9805\u512a\u9ede\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u8996\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002Andrew Knights\u6559\u6388\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\u9019\u5169\u9805\u512a\u9ede\u662f2\u03bcm\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7a81\u7834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u660e\u7121\u7591\u662f\u5149\u5b78\u901a\u8a0a\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u798f\u97f3\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6839\u64da\u601d\u79d1(CISCO)\u7684\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u7db2\u8def\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u81ea2008\u5e74\u52302013\u5e74\u5df2\u7d93\u589e\u52a05\u500d\uff0c\u7528\u5149\u5b78\u53d6\u4ee3\u96fb\u5b78\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u6025\u8feb\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u80fd\u591a\u958b\u901a\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u6ce2\u9577\u5c0d\u65bc\u589e\u52a0\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u6709\u6975\u5927\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002Andrew
