\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u767c\u8868\u5728<em>Sciencexpress<\/em>\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u66f4\u5df2\u7d93\u7a81\u7834\u4e86\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u5148\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u7d93\u9032\u5c55\u5230\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7531<em>(R,S)<\/em>-Norlaudanosoline\u5408\u6210\u5230<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\uff1b\u800c<em>(R)<\/em>-reticuline\u5230\u55ce\u5561\u4e5f\u5df2\u7d93\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u5c31\u7368\u7368\u5f9e<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\u5230<em>(R)<\/em>-reticuline\u6c92\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7576\u521d\u63a8\u60f3\u8a8d\u70ba\uff1a\u7531<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\u5230(<em>R)<\/em>-reticuline\u9700\u8981\u4e09\u500b\u9175\u7d20\uff1b\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u8a8d\u70ba\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u5169\u500b\u9175\u7d20\u3002\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u4e09\u500b\u9084\u662f\u5169\u500b\u5462\uff1f\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u88ab\u7531\u82f1\u570b\u8207\u6fb3\u6d32\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u89e3\u7b54\u4e86\uff01\u539f\u4f86\u5f9e<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\u5230<em>(R)<\/em>-reticuline\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u53ea\u6709\u300c\u4e00\u300d\u500b\uff08\u53c31\uff09\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u500b\u9175\u7d20\u5176\u5be6\u540c\u6642\u5177\u5099\u6709\u7d30\u80de\u8272\u7d20P450(cytochrome P450)\u8207\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u9176(oxidoreductase)\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\u539f\u5148\u63a8\u60f3\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u5169\u500b\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u731c\u932f\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u82f1\u570b\u8207\u6fb3\u6d32\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u9019\u9ebc\u53b2\u5bb3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u627e\u5230\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5718\u968a\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5462\uff1f\u539f\u4f86\u4ed6\u5011\u624b\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u7a81\u8b8a\u7a2e\u9d09\u7247\u7f4c\u7c9f\u3002\u9019\u500b\u7a81\u8b8a\u7a2e\u9ad4\u5167\u7684reticuline\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7279\u5225\u9ad8\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u7121\u6cd5\u628a(<em>S)<\/em>-reticuline\u8f49\u70ba(<em>R)<\/em>-reticuline\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u7a81\u8b8a\u7a2e\u904e\u53bb\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u4e86\u3002\u53ea\u662f\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u7814\u7a76\u5b83\u7684\u4eba\u4e26\u4e0d\u8a8d\u70ba\u5b83\u662f\u5c11\u4e86\u628a<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\u8f49\u70ba<em>(R)<\/em>-reticuline\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff1b\u56e0\u70ba\u7576\u6642\u4ed6\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u5e72\u64feRNA\u7684\u6280\u8853\u88fd\u9020\u4e86\u7a81\u8b8a\u7a2e\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b83\u7522\u751f\u4e86codeinone reductase\u9019\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u3002\u5947\u5999\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u9019\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u4f4d\u65bc\u6574\u689d\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\u7684\u4e0b\u6e38\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u537b\u4f7f\u5f97<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\u7d2f\u7a4d\uff08\u53c32\uff09\uff0c\u4e2d\u9593\u76f8\u5dee\u4e86\u516b\u500b\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u6642\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u56de\u994b\u6291\u5236(feedback inhibition)\u7684\u7de3\u6545\uff1b\u4e0d\u904e\u7576\u6642\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u4e2d\u9593\u7684\u5e7e\u500b\u9175\u7d20\u8868\u73fe\u91cf\u90fd\u5f88\u6b63\u5e38\u3002\u6709\u9451\u65bc\u6b64\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u8207\u6fb3\u6d32\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u9084\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u6709\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u5f8c\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u539f\u4f86\u9019\u500b\u7a81\u8b8a\u7a2e\u9084\u5c11\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u300c<em>STORR<\/em>\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u540c\u6642\u5177\u5099\u6709\u7d30\u80de\u8272\u7d20P450\u8207\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u5b83\u5728\uff0c\u9d09\u7247\u5408\u6210\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u54e9\u5c31\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>STORR\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a<em>(S)<\/em>-reticuline\u5148\u6c27\u5316\u7522\u751f1,2-dehydroreticuline\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u9084\u539f\u751f\u6210<em>(R)<\/em>-reticuline\u3002\u63a5\u8457\u5c31\u4ea4\u7d66\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u5718\u968a\u56c9~<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e0b\uff0c\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u898f\u7bc4\u300c\u5728\u5bb6\u91c0\u9d09\u7247\u300d\uff1f\u653f\u5e9c\u55ae\u4f4d\u6709\u5f97\u982d\u75db\u4e86...<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53c3\u8003\u6587\u737b\uff1a<br \/>\n<\/strong>1.
