Research Institute\u7684Maher Dayeh\u8ddf\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4eba\u5de5\u6fc0\u767c\u9583\u96fb\uff0c\u5728\u53ef\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u6e2c\u91cf\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u57fa\u5730\u4f4d\u65bc\u4f5b\u7f85\u91cc\u9054\u7684 International Center for Lightning
