\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1awiki<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u64b0\u6587\uff5c<\/strong>\u8449\u7da0\u8212<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u5bb6\u5e38\u5e38\u5403\u751f\u8543\u8304\u3001\u719f\u8543\u8304\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u539f\u751f\u7a2e\u7684\u8543\u8304\u90fd\u662f\u5c0f\u5c0f\u9846\u7684\uff08\u985e\u4f3c\u8056\u5973\u5c0f\u8543\u8304\uff09\uff0c\u5927\u9846\u7684\uff08\u5982\u725b\u8543\u8304\uff09\u90fd\u662f\u683d\u57f9\u7a2e\u3002\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u539f\u56e0\u9020\u6210\u8543\u8304\u6709\u5927\u6709\u5c0f\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u6211\u5011\u628a\u8543\u8304\u6a6b\u5207\uff0c\u6703\u770b\u5230\u8543\u8304\u7684\u679c\u5be6\u88e1\u9762\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u300c\u623f\u9593\u300d\u3002\u5927\u7684\u8543\u8304\u623f\u9593\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\uff0c\u5c0f\u7684\u8543\u8304\u623f\u9593\u6bd4\u8f03\u5c11\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u300c\u623f\u9593\u300d\u5176\u5be6\u53eb\u505a\u300c\u5b50\u623f\u5ba4\u300d(locule)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u904e\u53bb\u5df2\u7d93\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6709\u5169\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u8b8a\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u8543\u8304\u7684\u5b50\u623f\u6578\u76ee\u3002\u4e00\u500b\u7a31\u70ba<em>lc<\/em>\uff08<em>locule number<\/em>\uff0c\u5b50\u623f\u5ba4\u6578\u76ee\uff09\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u662f<em>fas<\/em>\uff08<em>fasciated<\/em>\uff0c\u7c07\u751f\uff09\u3002\u9019\u5169\u500b\u7a81\u8b8a\u5f7c\u6b64\u9593\u6709\u52a0\u6210\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u540c\u6642\u5177\u6709<em>lc<\/em>\u8207<em>fas<\/em>\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\u8543\u8304\u679c\u5be6\u6703\u66f4\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\u51b7\u6cc9\u6e2f(Cold Spring Harbor)\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5728\u8543\u8304\u88e1\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u5169\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u7576\u5b83\u5011\u7a81\u8b8a\u6642\u6703\u7522\u751f\u8d85\u5927\u8543\u8304\u3002\u9019\u5169\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba<em>fab<\/em>\uff08<em>fasciated and branched<\/em>\uff0c\u7c07\u751f\u4e14\u5206\u652f\uff09\u8207<em>fin<\/em>\uff08<em>fasciated inflorescence<\/em>\uff0c\u82b1\u8396\u7c07\u751f\uff09\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u5206\u6790\u767c\u73fe\uff0c<em>fab<\/em>\u5176\u5be6\u8ddf\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u82a5\u7684CLV1\u662f\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u3002\u5728\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u82a5(<em>Arabidopsis thaliana)<\/em>\uff0cCLV1\u3001CLV3\u8207WUS\u4e00\u8d77\u8abf\u7bc0\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u82a5\u7684\u9802\u82bd\u751f\u9577\u9ede\u3002CLV3\u662f\u500b\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u591a\u80bd\uff08\u5927\u7d0412-13\u500b\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\uff09\uff0c\u7576\u4ed6\u8207CLV1\u53d7\u5668\u7d50\u5408\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u53bb\u6291\u5236WUS\u7684\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u800cWUS\u53c8\u6703\u53bb\u6b63\u5411\u8abf\u7bc0CLV3\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u9802\u82bd\u751f\u9577\u9ede\u56e0\u70ba\u6709\u4ed6\u5011\u4e09\u500b\uff08\u9084\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u914d\u89d2\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u70ba\u4e86\u805a\u7126\u5c31\u4e0d\u63d0\u4e86\uff09\uff0c\u5f97\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u5728\u9069\u7576\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u82a5\u7684<em>Clv1<\/em>\u6216<em>Clv3<\/em>\u57fa\u56e0\u767c\u751f\u7f3a\u640d\u6642\uff0cWUS\u4fbf\u6703\u958b\u59cb\u5230\u8655\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u5c31\u662f\u9802\u82bd\u751f\u9577\u9ede\u8b8a\u5927\u3001\uff08\u82b1\u8396\u7684\uff09\u5206\u652f\u4e5f\u8b8a\u591a\u3002\u800c\u9019\u7bc7\u7814\u7a76\u88e1\u7684\u8543\u8304\uff0c<em>fab<\/em>\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u82b1\u8396\u7684\u5206\u652f\u8b8a\u591a\uff08\u4e0b\u5716b\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u6735\u82b1\u7684\u82b1\u5668\u4e5f\u8b8a\u591a\u4e86\uff08\u4e0b\u5716f\u53f3\u4e0b\uff09\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u5b50\u623f\u5ba4\u7684\u6578\u76ee\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u5c31\u662f\u6709\u516d\u500b\u5b50\u623f\u5ba4\u7684\u5927\u8543\u8304\u3002<\/p>\n<figure O-arabinosyltransferase (HPAT)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebcHPAT\u6703\u8ddf\u5b50\u623f\u5ba4\u7684\u6578\u76ee\u626f\u4e0a\u95dc\u4fc2\u5462\uff1f\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u539f\u4f86CLV3\u9700\u8981\u88ab<em>Fin<\/em>\u57fa\u56e0\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u9019\u500b\u9175\u7d20\u52a0\u4e0a\u4e09\u500b\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u7cd6\u624d\u80fd\u6709\u6b63\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5728<em>Fin<\/em>\u767c\u751f\u7a81\u8b8a\u6642\uff0cCLV3\u56e0\u70ba\u6c92\u6709\u52a0\u4e0a\u7cd6\u6240\u4ee5\u8ddfCLV1\u7d50\u5408\u5f97\u4e0d\u597d\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u5f8c\u7e8c\u5c0d\u65bc\u751f\u9577\u9ede\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u5c31\u7522\u751f\u8d85\u5927\u8543\u8304\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u904e\u53bb\u683d\u57f9\u7a2e\u4e2d\u7684<em>Lc<\/em>\u4ee5\u53ca<em>Fas<\/em>\u57fa\u56e0\u5462\uff1f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba<em>Lc<\/em>\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u4f4d\u65bc<em>Wus<\/em>\u4e0b\u6e38\uff0c\u800c<em>Fas<\/em>\u5c31\u6709\u610f\u601d\u4e86\u3002\u539f\u4f86<em>Fas<\/em>\u5c31\u5728<em>Clv3<\/em>\u7684\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u76f4\u8a8d\u70ba<em>Fas<\/em>\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7a31\u70ba<em>Yabby<\/em>\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7576\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5c07<em>Yabby<\/em>\u653e\u56de\u8543\u8304\u53bb\u537b\u53ea\u80fd\u90e8\u5206\u9006\u8f49<em>Fas<\/em>\u7684\u6027\u72c0\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u8543\u8304\u7684<em>Clv3<\/em>\u4ee5\u5f8c\u624d\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u539f\u4f86<em>fas<\/em>\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u6574\u6bb5\u57fa\u56e0\uff0829\u842c4\u5343\u500b\u9e7c\u57fa\u5c0d\uff0c294kb\uff09\u53cd\u8f49\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u6574\u6bb5\u5305\u62ec\u4e86<em>Clv3<\/em>\u3001<em>Yabby<\/em>\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u5f71\u97ff\u5230<em>Clv3<\/em>\u7684\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5927\u8543\u8304\u7684\u6027\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u82e5\u8981\u7522\u751f\u8d85\u5927\u8543\u8304\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u5f9e<em>Clv1<\/em>-<em>Clv3<\/em>-<em>Wus<\/em>\u9019\u689d\u8def\u5f91\u4e0b\u624b\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u77e5\u9019\u689d\u8def\u5f91\u5728\u8543\u8304\u4e2d\u8207\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u82a5\u662f\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\uff0c\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u662f\u5426\u4e5f\u5f88\u76f8\u4f3c\uff1f\u5728\u9019\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u88e1\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u52d5\u7528\u4e86\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f(gene editing)\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5c07\u8543\u8304\u7684Clv3\u5254\u9664\u6389\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e00\u6a23\u6703\u7522\u751f\u8d85\u5927\u8543\u8304\uff1b\u82e5\u80fd\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6280\u8853\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u8fb2\u4f5c\u7269\u4e0a\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u5c31\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u66f4\u591a\u8d85\u5927\u679c\u5be6\u5462\uff01<\/p>\n<figure
