silicon)\u4e5f\u65e9\u5c31\u88ab\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u4f86\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u9ed1\u77fd\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff1a\u7576\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u677f\u7167\u5149\uff0c\u5c07\u5149\u5b50\u8f49\u6210\u96fb\u5b50\u5f8c\uff0c\u96fb\u5b50\u5728\u50b3\u9001\u904e\u7a0b\u640d\u5931\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u77fd\u7684\u8868\u9762\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u8b93\u96fb\u5b50\u640d\u5931\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u9ed1\u77fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5438\u6536\u5f88\u591a\u5149\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u8f49\u63db\u6210\u5f88\u591a\u96fb\u5b50\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c31\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u9ed1\u77fd\u8868\u9762\u7d30\u5c0f\u7684\u5948\u7c73\u7d50\u69cb\u8b93\u8868\u9762\u7a4d\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u8b93\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u640d\u5931\u5728\u8868\u9762\u3002\u4f4d\u65bc\u82ac\u862d\u7684\u963f\u723e\u8a17\u5927\u5b78(Aalto University)\u53ca\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u52a0\u6cf0\u7f85\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b78(Polytechnic University of Catalonia)\u5171\u540c\u767c\u73fe\u5229\u7528\u539f\u5b50\u5c64\u6c89\u7a4d(Atomic Layer Deposition, ALD)\u5c07\u6c27\u5316\u92c1\u8986\u84cb\u5728\u9ed1\u77fd\u8868\u9762\u4f5c\u70ba\u920d\u5316\u5c64\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236\u96fb\u5b50\u5728\u8868\u9762\u7684\u640d\u5931\uff0c\u5c07\u9ed1\u77fd\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u7684\u6548\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u523022.1%\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u88ab\u767c\u8868\u5728\u300a\u81ea\u7136\u5948\u7c73\u79d1\u6280\u300b (<em>Nature Nanotechnology<\/em>) \u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ed1\u77fd\u8207\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u6df1\u85cd\u8272\u7684\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u77fd\u592a\u967d\u96fb\u6c60\u662f\u5229\u7528\u9e7c\u6db2\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u9e7c\u91d1\u65cf\u7684\u6c2b\u6c27\u5316\u7269\uff09\uff0c\u5c07\u77fd\u8868\u9762\u8755\u523b\u51fa\u985e\u4f3c\u91d1\u5b57\u5854\u7684\u5fae\u7c73\u7d50\u69cb\uff1b\u800c\u9ed1\u77fd\u662f\u5229\u7528\u53cd\u61c9\u96e2\u5b50\u523b\u8755(Reactive-Ion Etching, RIE)\u5728\u8868\u9762\u8755\u523b\u51fa\u5948\u7c73\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u5c0f\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u5229\u7528\u9e7c\u6db2\u8755\u523b\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u5c3a\u5ea6\u8f03\u5927\uff0c\u6297\u53cd\u5c04\u6548\u679c\u6bd4\u8f03\u5dee\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8755\u523b\u904e\u7a0b\u640d\u5931\u7684\u77fd\u4e5f\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\uff1b\u800c\u5229\u7528\u53cd\u61c9\u96e2\u5b50\u523b\u8755\u4e0d\u50c5\u7d50\u69cb\u5c0f\uff0c\u640d\u5931\u6389\u7684\u77fd\u4e5f\u6bd4\u8f03\u5c11\uff0c\u6297\u53cd\u5c04\u6548\u679c\u4e5f\u6bd4\u8f03\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6297\u53cd\u5c04\u6709\u5169\u500b\u91cd\u9ede\uff0c\u4e00\u662f\u5bec\u6ce2\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e8c\u662f\u5ee3\u89d2\u5ea6\u3002\u592a\u967d\u5149\u5149\u8b5c\u5f9e\u7d2b\u5916\u5149\u3001\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u4e00\u8def\u5230\u7d05\u5916\u5149\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u8b93\u9019\u6574\u500b\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\u7387\u90fd\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u904b\u7528\u6240\u6709\u5149\u7dda\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u524d\u9762\u6240\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u6297\u53cd\u5c04\u7684\u5927\u539f\u5247\u5c31\u662f\u8868\u9762\u7d50\u69cb\u8d8a\u7d30\u8d8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u53cd\u5c04\u7387\u5c31\u8d8a\u4f4e\u3001\u6ce2\u6bb5\u8d8a\u5bec\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9ed1\u77fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u9019\u9ebc\u300c\u9ed1\u300d\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u7684\u9ed1\u77fd\u5728\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u7684\u6ce2\u6bb5\u53cd\u5c04\u7387\u90fd\u4f4e\u65bc1%\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5149\u90fd\u88ab\u5438\u9032\u53bb\u4e86\uff1b\u6297\u53cd\u5c04\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u9ede\u662f\u5ee3\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u592a\u967d\u5149\u4e0d\u6703\u4e00\u76f4\u5f9e\u6b63\u4e0a\u65b9\u7167\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u5f9e\u65e5\u51fa\u5230\u65e5\u843d\uff0c\u592a\u967d\u5e7e\u4e4e\u90fd\u662f\u6709\u89d2\u5ea6\u7684\uff0c\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u5165\u5c04\u89d2\u8b8a\u5927\uff0c\u53cd\u5c04\u7387\u4e5f\u6703\u6025\u907d\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6d41\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u7684\u9ed1\u77fd\u96fb\u6c60\uff0c\u572860\u5ea6\u5165\u5c04\u89d2\u6642\u96fb\u6d41\u53ea\u6bd4\u5782\u76f4\u5165\u5c04\u5c111%\uff0c\u6548\u7387\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u592a\u967d\u7167\u5c04\u89d2\u5ea6\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4e3b\u6301\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684Hele Savin\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u5c0d\u8eab\u5728\u5317\u6b50\u7684\u6211\u5011\u5c24\u5176\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6642\u9593\u592a\u967d\u90fd\u662f\u7528\u5f88\u4f4e\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u5165\u5c04\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u767c\u8868\u7684\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u5c07\u9ed1\u77fd\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u7684\u6548\u7387\u5f9e18.2%\u63a8\u5347\u523022.1%\uff0c\u53ef\u5225\u5c0f\u770b\u90193.9%\u5dee\u8ddd\uff0c\u5728\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u63d0\u53471%\u90fd\u662f\u5927\u65b0\u805e\u4e86\uff0c\u66f4\u4f55\u6cc13.9%\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u9ed1\u77fd\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u5c1a\u672a\u5546\u696d\u5316\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u8def\u4e0a\u9084\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u9019\u7a2e\u9ed1\u9ed1\u7684\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u677f\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u54e1Pablo
