\u7576\u8eab\u9ad4\u5167\u7d44\u7e54\u767c\u708e\u6642\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u5206\u6ccc\u4e00\u7fa4\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20(cytokines)\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u5728\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u8b93\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5f7c\u6b64\u9593\u80fd\u50b3\u905e\u8a0a\u606f\u3001\u4e92\u76f8\u6e9d\u901a\uff0c\u800c\u5408\u4f5c\u7121\u9593\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u62db\u52df\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5230\u4e3b\u8981\u6230\u5834\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u53d7\u77da\u76ee\u7684\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20(proinflammatory cytokines)\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u816b\u7624\u58de\u6b7b\u56e0\u5b50(TNF)\u3001\u4ecb\u767d\u7d20-6(interleukin (IL)-6)\u8207\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20(interferon)\u3002\u90a3\u9019\u4e9b\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u5473\u89ba\u7684\u611f\u5b98\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n

\u8981\u4e00\u5c64\u5c64\u89e3\u958b\u9019\u500b\u8b0e\u5718\uff0c\u5148\u4f86\u770b\u770b\u5473\u89ba\u611f\u53d7\u5668\u2014\u2014\u5473\u857e\uff0c\u80fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u63a5\u6536\u5230\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u8a0a\u606f\u5427\uff01\u7684\u78ba\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u767c\u73fe\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u8868\u9054\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u53d7\u5668\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u78ba\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u63a5\u6536\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u6240\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u90fd\u6709\u8868\u73feTNF-\u03b1\u7684\u53d7\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u8868\u73fe\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u53d7\u5668\uff0c\u820c\u982d\u4e0a\u5176\u4ed6\u8207\u5473\u89ba\u7121\u95dc\u7684\u8868\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u5247\u90fd\u4e0d\u6703\u8868\u73fe\u9019\u4e9b\u53d7\u5668\u3002\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u7576\u8eab\u9ad4\u6709\u7d44\u7e54\u767c\u708e\u6642\uff0c\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u4e5f\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u6703\u63d0\u9ad8TNF-\u03b1\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u8207\u5206\u6ccc\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u767c\u708e\u6642\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\uff0c\u7684\u78ba\u53ef\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u8abf\u7bc0\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u4e4b\u524d\u4e5f\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0cTNF-\u03b1\u662f\u9020\u6210\u751f\u75c5\u6642\u98df\u617e\u4f4e\u843d\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\u56e0\u5b50\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65bc\u662f\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u5fb9\u5e95\u4e86\u89e3TNF-\u03b1\u8ddf\u5473\u89ba\u8abf\u7bc0\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u8cbb\u57ceMonell Chemical Senses Center\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5229\u7528\u5254\u9664TNF-\u03b1\u57fa\u56e0\u8001\u9f20\u4f86\u505a\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u5254\u9664TNF-\u03b1\u57fa\u56e0\u8001\u9f20\u8207\u6b63\u5e38\u8001\u9f20\u7684\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\u647b\u5165\u9178\u3001\u751c\u3001\u82e6\u3001\u9e79\u3001\u9bae\u7b49\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5473\u9053\uff0c\u4f86\u7814\u7a76TNF-\u03b1\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u8001\u9f20\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u5473\u9053\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u3002\u5728\u751c\u5473\u7684\u6c34\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u647b\u5165\u4eba\u5de5\u7518\u5473\u5291\u7cd6\u7cbe(saccharin)\uff0c\u9e79\u5473\u7684\u6c34\u5247\u7528\u9e7d\uff0c\u9178\u5473\u7684\u6c34\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u6ab8\u6aac\u9178\uff0c\u9bae\u5473\u7684\u6c34\u5247\u6dfb\u52a0\u808c\u82f7\u9178(inosine monophosphate\uff0cIMP)\u3002\u6606\u5e03\u3001\u4e7e\u9c39\u9b5a\u7247\u3001\u4e73\u916a\u7b49\u98df\u6750\u4e2d\u90fd\u542b\u6709\u808c\u82f7\u9178\uff0c\u50cf\u5473\u7cbe\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ddf\u9bae\u5473\u7684\u5473\u89ba\u53d7\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u82e6\u5473\uff0c\u5247\u9078\u64c7\u7528\u594e\u5be7(quinine)\u3002\u594e\u5be7\u662f\u9f0e\u9f0e\u6709\u540d\u7684\u6297\u7627\u75be\u85e5\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5473\u9053\u6975\u82e6\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e38\u88ab\u62ff\u4f86\u7576\u505a\u9999\u6599\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u6cd5\u570b\u7684\u675c\u6ce2\u5c3c\u63d0\u9152\u5c31\u5728\u91c0\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e86\u594e\u5be7\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7121\u6cd5\u88fd\u9020\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u5254\u9664TNF-\u03b1\u57fa\u56e0\u8001\u9f20\u5c0d\u9178\u3001\u751c\u3001\u9e79\u3001\u9bae\u7684\u5473\u89ba\u611f\u61c9\u90fd\u8ddf\u6b63\u5e38\u8001\u9f20\u5dee\u4e0d\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c0d\u82e6\u5473\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u5247\u986f\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u6b63\u5e38\u8001\u9f20\u5c0d\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\u4e2d\u7684\u82e6\u5473\u975e\u5e38\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4e00\u9ede\u9ede\u7684\u984d\u5916\u6dfb\u52a0(0.03 mM)\uff0c\u559d\u6c34\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u8868\u73fe\u5c31\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5254\u9664TNF-\u03b1\u57fa\u56e0\u8001\u9f20\u5c0d\u82e6\u5473\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u537b\u6bd4\u6b63\u5e38\u8001\u9f20\u4f4e\u4e86\u5341\u500d\uff0c\u594e\u5be7\u6c34\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8981\u9ad8\u90540.3 mM\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u624d\u6703\u5c0d\u5254\u9664\u57fa\u56e0\u8001\u9f20\u7684\u559d\u6c34\u884c\u70ba\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5254\u9664TNF-\u03b1\u57fa\u56e0\u8001\u9f20\u7684\u5473\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u5c0d\u82e6\u5473\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5927\u8166\u4e2d\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u4f4d\u7684\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\u6216\u8b8a\u7570\u3002\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u5c0d\u5176\u4ed6\u53e6\u5916\u4e09\u7a2e\u5177\u6709\u82e6\u5473\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u4e5f\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n

\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u6642\uff0c\u524d\u767c\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u6ccc\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u767c\u73fe\u80fd\u611f\u53d7\u751c\u5473\u8207\u9bae\u5473\u7684\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u4e5f\u80fd\u5206\u6cccTNF-\u03b1\u5462\uff01\u5176\u4ed6\u611f\u53d7\u82e6\u5473\u3001\u9e79\u6216\u9178\u5473\u7684\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u5247\u7121\u6cd5\u5206\u6cccTNF-\u03b1\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9084\u4e0d\u751a\u6e05\u695a\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u751c\u5473\u8207\u9bae\u5473\u7684\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u80fd\u5920\u5206\u6cccTNF-\u03b1\u4f86\u5f71\u97ff\u82e6\u5473\u5473\u857e\u7d30\u80de\u5c0d\u5473\u89ba\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u5fcd\u4e0d\u4f4f\u60f3\u5230\u6211\u5011\u5bb6\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u8033\u9f3b\u5589\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\uff0c\u6bcf\u6bcf\u5728\u611f\u5192\u6642\u7684\u8033\u63d0\u9762\u547d\uff1a\u5225\u5403\u751c\u7684\u554a\uff01<\/p>\n
