gap)\u812b\u4e0d\u4e86\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u5728\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7269\u7406\u4e2d\u80fd\u9699\u5c31\u662f\u50b3\u5c0e\u5e36(conduction band)\u8207\u50f9\u5e36(valence band)\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u5176\u5927\u5c0f\u5c31\u76f4\u63a5\u8ddf\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6750\u6599\u5438\u6536\u8207\u653e\u5c04\u5149\u8b5c\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u77fd(Si)\u7684\u80fd\u9699\u70ba1.12eV\uff0c\u63db\u7b97\u6210\u5149\u6ce2\u9577\u5927\u7d04\u662f1100nm\u5de6\u53f3(\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u6ce2\u9577\u70ba400-800nm)\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u77fd\u4f5c\u70ba\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u5c31\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u5438\u6536\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u4e26\u8f49\u63db\u6210\u96fb\u80fd\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u80fd\u9699\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u80fd\u9699\u53c8\u5206\u70ba\u76f4\u63a5\u80fd\u9699(direct band-gap)\u53ca\u9593\u63a5\u80fd\u9699(indirect band-gap)\uff0c\u9593\u63a5\u80fd\u9699\u7684\u6750\u6599\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u6703\u62ff\u4f86\u505a\u70ba\u767c\u5149\u5143\u4ef6(\u4f8b\u5982:LED\u6216\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u96f7\u5c04)\uff0c\u6700\u6709\u540d\u7684\u9593\u63a5\u80fd\u9699\u6750\u6599\u4e5f\u662f\u77fd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u96d6\u7136\u77fd\u662f\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u754c\u7684\u9738\u4e3b\uff0c\u7a4d\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def\u8ddf\u4e3b\u6d41\u7684\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u6c60\u90fd\u662f\u4ee5\u77fd\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u4f46\u6240\u6709\u767c\u5149\u5143\u4ef6\u901a\u901a\u6c92\u6709\u77fd\u7684\u4efd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u85cd\u5149LED\u7684\u6750\u6599\u662fGaN\uff0c\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u96f7\u5c04\u7684\u6750\u6599\u662fInGaAsP\u3001AlGaInAs\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80fd\u9699\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\u8207\u7a2e\u985e\u662f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u80fd\u9699\u5927\u7684\u6750\u6599\u53ef\u4ee5\u9a45\u52d5\u6ce2\u9577\u8f03\u77ed\u7684\u5149\u96fb\u5143\u4ef6(\u6ce2\u9577\u77ed\u4ee3\u8868\u5149\u5b50\u80fd\u91cf\u9ad8)\uff0c\u4f46\u76ee\u524d\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u7684\u80fd\u9699\u90fd\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9a45\u52d5\u85cd\u5149\u6216\u7d2b\u5916\u5149\u5149\u96fb\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u80fd\u9699\u6700\u5927\u7684\u53ea\u67092eV\uff0c\u9084\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u85cd\u5149LED\u4e0a(\u85cd\u5149\u6ce2\u9577\u5927\u7d04\u5728470-500nm\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u63db\u7b97\u6210\u80fd\u9699\u80fd\u91cf\u70ba2.48eV\u52302.64eV)\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\u5728\u85cd\u5149\u767c\u5149\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\u6240\u626e\u6f14\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u76ee\u524d\u9084\u6c92\u6709\u500b\u8457\u843d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u4f86\u81ea\u5357\u4eac\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u66fe\u6d77\u6ce2\u6559\u6388\u4fbf\u7d93\u7531\u7406\u8ad6\u8a08\u7b97\u767c\u73fe\u7837(As)\u53ca\u92bb(Sb)\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u5143\u7d20\u4ee5\u4e8c\u7dad\u55ae\u5c64\u539f\u5b50\u5b58\u5728\u6642\u80fd\u9699\u5206\u5225\u9ad8\u90542.49\u53ca2.28
