Sciences)\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u6210\u529f\u9810\u6e2c\u6c34\u7684\u984f\u8272\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u767c\u8868\u57282015\u5e74\u7684\u300aApplied Optics\u300b\u671f\u520a\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9019\u5957\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u4e3b\u8981\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e09\u9805\u8b8a\u56e0\u9032\u884c\u6a21\u64ec\uff1a\u751f\u7269\u6bef(microbial mats)\u3001\u6c60\u4e2d\u9846\u7c92\u6563\u5c04\u53ca\u6c60\u9762\u53cd\u5c04\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u751f\u7269\u6bef\u7c21\u55ae\u4f86\u8aaa\u662f\u4e00\u5c64\u53c8\u4e00\u5c64\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269(\u591a\u534a\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\u6216\u53e4\u83cc)\u62ab\u8986\u5728\u6c60\u5e95\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8b93\u6c60\u5e95\u7684\u984f\u8272\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u5730\u6bbc\u7684\u984f\u8272\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u6eab\u6cc9\u6c60\u6eab\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u6975\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u751f\u7269\u6bef\u7684\u7d44\u6210\u4e5f\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0d\u540c\u800c\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u7576\u6c34\u6eab\u70ba\u651d\u6c0f43\u5ea6\u5de6\u53f3\u6642\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u6bef\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u85fb\u985e(algae)\u3001\u539f\u751f\u52d5\u7269(protozoa)\u53ca\u7d30\u83cc\u69cb\u6210\uff0c\u6c60\u5e95\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5448\u73fe\u68d5\u8272\u3001\u7d05\u8272\u6216\u7da0\u8272\uff1b\u6c34\u6eab\u651d\u6c0f75\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u4ee5\u85cd\u83cc\u9580(Cyanobacteria)\u70ba\u4e3b(\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u5c31\u662f\u5c6c\u65bc\u85cd\u83cc\u9580)\uff0c\u6c60\u5e95\u5c31\u6703\u8f49\u6210\u9ec3\u8272\uff1b\u800c\u7576\u6c34\u6eab\u5347\u9ad8\u5230\u905485\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u7121\u6cd5\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u4e86\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u7269\u7a2e\u5c31\u5269\u4e0b\u5316\u80fd\u7121\u6a5f\u71df\u990a\u83cc(Chemolithotrophic bacteria)\u6216\u7570\u990a\u7d30\u83cc(heterotrophic bacteria)\uff0c\u9019\u6642\u6c60\u5e95\u4e5f\u5c31\u53ea\u5269\u6de1\u6de1\u7684\u7c89\u7d05\u8272\u6216\u767d\u8272\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u53e6\u4e00\u9805\u56e0\u7d20\u662f\u6c60\u4e2d\u9846\u7c92\u6563\u5c04\uff0c\u6eab\u6cc9\u6c60\u672c\u8eab\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u6e05\u6f88\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6709\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\u9846\u7c92\u5c0d\u65bc\u77ed\u6ce2\u9577\u7684\u5149(\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u85cd\u5149)\u6709\u8f03\u5f37\u7684\u6563\u5c04\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7576\u6e56\u4e2d\u9846\u7c92\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8d8a\u9ad8\u6642\uff0c\u8d8a\u591a\u6563\u5c04\u5149\u5c31\u6703\u9032\u5165\u5230\u6211\u5011\u773c\u4e2d\uff1b\u800c\u7576\u9846\u7c92\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8f03\u4f4e\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4fbf\u6bd4\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u770b\u5230\u6c60\u5e95\u751f\u7269\u6bef\u7684\u984f\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u9805\u56e0\u7d20\u662f\u6c60\u9762\u5c0d\u65bc\u967d\u5149\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7269\u8cea\u754c\u9762\u5fc5\u7136\u6703\u6709\u53cd\u5c04\u5149\uff0c\u6c60\u9762\u53cd\u5c04\u967d\u5149\u7684\u591a\u5be1\u4e5f\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6211\u5011\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u7684\u984f\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u5982\u6b64\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e26\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u5f71\u97ff\u6eab\u6cc9\u6c60\u984f\u8272\u5c31\u53ea\u6709\u9019\u5e7e\u9805\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5229\u7528\u9019\u5e7e\u9805\u8b8a\u56e0\u80fd\u65e2\u4e0d\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u53c8\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u984f\u8272\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5efa\u7acb\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u4f86\u9810\u6e2c\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u5404\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8a66\u5716\u628a\u6240\u6709\u56e0\u7d20\u8003\u616e\u9032\u4f86\u53ea\u6703\u8b93\u554f\u984c\u8b8a\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u8907\u96dc\u4e14\u96e3\u4ee5\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u4e3b\u8981\u8b8a\u56e0\u4e26\u76e1\u91cf\u8b93\u7406\u8ad6\u6a21\u578b\u8207\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u8aa4\u5dee\u964d\u5230\u6700\u4f4e\uff0c\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5be6\u7528\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u5353\u8d8a\u4e4b\u8655\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u65b0\u767c\u73fe\u6216\u65b0\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u80fd\u5920\u628a\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u73fe\u8c61\u7c21\u5316\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u4f86\u81ea\u5fb7\u570b\u7684Vollmer\u6559\u6388\u6839\u672c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4f11\u5047\u624d\u8dd1\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u8499\u5927\u62ff\u5dde\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u7576\u8a2a\u554f\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u8499\u5927\u62ff\u5dde\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u958b\u8eca\u5230\u9ec3\u77f3\u516c\u5712\u53c8\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u534a\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u4f11\u5047\u8dd1\u51fa\u53bb\u73a9\u7684Vollmer\u6559\u6388\u7adf\u7136\u5c31\u9019\u9ebc\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u6975\u5177\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u674e\u958b\u5fa9\u6240\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u4f60\u4ee5\u70ba\u6211\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6211\u5728\u73a9\uff1b\u4f60\u4ee5\u70ba\u6211\u5728\u73a9\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6211\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u4e0d\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u984f\u8272\u6709\u4e00\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u51fa\u81ea\u65bc\u4eba\u70ba\u6c59\u67d3\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u89c0\u5149\u5ba2\u559c\u6b61\u628a\u6c60\u5b50\u7576\u8a31\u9858\u6c60\uff0c\u5f80\u88e1\u9762\u6254\u786c\u5e63\u6254\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u5835\u4f4f\u4e86\u6c60\u5e95\u5674\u51fa\u7684\u6eab\u6cc9\uff0c\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u6eab\u6cc9\u6c60\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u751f\u7269\u6bef\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u6eab\u6cc9\u6c60\u7684\u984f\u8272\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u89c0\u5149\u5ba2\u5011\uff0c\u6709\u9858\u671b\u8acb\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7528\u96d9\u624b\u52aa\u529b\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u4e00\u5929\u5230\u665a\u8ff7\u4fe1\u6254\u786c\u5e63\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u640d\u5931\u91d1\u9322\uff0c\u4e5f\u7834\u58de\u4e86\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u7559\u7d66\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u73cd\u8cb4\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u539f\u59cb\u8ad6\u6587\uff1a<\/strong><br
