\u5728\u60b6\u71b1\u7684\u590f\u5929\u5348\u5f8c\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u5019\u5929\u7a7a\u4fbf\u6703\u7a4d\u8d77\u70cf\u96f2\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u4fbf\u4e0b\u4e86\u4e00\u5834\u96f7\u9663\u96e8\u4f86\u6d88\u89e3\u6691\u6c23\u3002\u7576\u96f2\u4e2d\u7684\u6b63\u8ca0\u96fb\u8377\u5806\u7a4d\u5230\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4fbf\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u9583\u96fb\u5f9e\u5929\u800c\u964d\u3002\u7576\u6b63\u8ca0\u96fb\u8377\u5728\u5929\u4e0a\u79fb\u52d5\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u78c1\u5834\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u800c\u6539\u8b8a\u5176\u6392\u5217\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5730\u78c1\u5c0d\u9583\u96fb\u7684\u7522\u751f\u6709\u8457\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5927\u773e\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u4e2d\uff0c\u5730\u7403\u7684\u78c1\u5834\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u662f\u7531\u5730\u78c1\u5357\u6975\u6307\u5411\u5730\u78c1\u5317\u6975\u7684\u7c21\u55ae\u76f4\u7dda\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5730\u78c1\u5357\u6975\u8ddf\u5730\u78c1\u5317\u6975\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u5c0d\u7a31\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7d04\u7565\u6703\u6709\u4e94\u5ea6\u7684\u504f\u5dee\u3002\u9020\u6210\u5730\u7403\u78c1\u5834\u65b9\u5411\u6b6a\u659c\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u53d7\u5230\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u592a\u967d\u7684\u78c1\u5834\u65b9\u5411\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u56fa\u5b9a\u4e0d\u52d5\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4ee5\u5927\u7d0410\u523015\u5929\u7684\u9031\u671f\u7522\u751f\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u6bcf\u6b21\u6539\u8b8a\u4e0d\u4f46\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u78c1\u5834\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u78c1\u5834\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6bcf\u7576\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u8ddf\u5f37\u5ea6\u6539\u8b8a\u6642\uff0c\u5730\u7403\u78c1\u5834\u4e5f\u6703\u56e0\u6b64\u800c\u7565\u70ba\u6539\u8b8a\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n

\u70ba\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u8207\u5730\u7403\u9583\u96fb\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u82f1\u570bUniversity of Reading\u7684Mathew Owens\u7684\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u82f1\u570b\u6c23\u8c61\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4(Meteorological Office)\u5f9e2001\u52302006\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u9583\u96fb\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u7531\u885b\u661f\u6240\u6e2c\u91cf\u5230\u7684\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u9583\u96fb\u7684\u767c\u751f\u983b\u7387\u7684\u78ba\u8ddf\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u6709\u95dc\u9023\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5728\u4e03\u6708\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u7576\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u6307\u5411\u5730\u7403\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u7d04\u6703\u7522\u751f40\u6b21\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u9583\u96fb\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u7576\u592a\u967d\u78c1\u5834\u6307\u5411\u53cd\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u9583\u96fb\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u6b21\u6578\u4fbf\u8df3\u5347\u5230\u4e8690\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5982\u679c\u8981\u4ed4\u7d30\u7814\u7a76\u5730\u7403\u78c1\u5834\u8207\u767c\u751f\u9583\u96fb\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u6027\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u9700\u8981\u5c0d\u4e0d\u540c\u7def\u5ea6\u7684\u5730\u5340\u540c\u6642\u9032\u884c\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u78c1\u5834\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u5728\u9ad8\u7def\u5ea6\u5730\u5340(\u4f8b\u5982\u82f1\u570b)\u6703\u76f8\u5c0d\u6bd4\u8f03\u660e\u986f\uff0c\u5728\u4f4e\u7def\u5ea6\u5730\u5340\u4f8b\u5982\u8d64\u9053\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u5247\u6703\u76f8\u5c0d\u4e0d\u660e\u986f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u9583\u96fb\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u9084\u727d\u6d89\u5230\u4e0d\u540c\u5340\u57df\u5927\u6c23\u6210\u4efd\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u7a2e\u7a2e\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9019\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n
