optimization algorithms\u6c7a\u5b9a\u77fd\u8868\u9762\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u5948\u7c73\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u805a\u7126\u5f0f\u96e2\u5b50\u675f\u5fae\u5f71\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f(focused-ion-beam
