class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u7dad\u57fa\u767e\u79d1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u64b0\u6587\uff5c<\/strong>\u5b54\u7e41\u9418<\/p>\n<p>\u570b\u5167\u4e2d\u7814\u9662\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c1990-2010\u5e74\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u570b\u4eba\u7f79\u60a3\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7b49\u300c\u5e38\u898b\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u300d\uff0c\u5f9e11.5\uff05\u500d\u589e\u81f323.8\uff05\uff0c\u8207\u540c\u671f\u5168\u570b\u5931\u696d\u7387\u3001\u96e2\u5a5a\u7387\u8207\u81ea\u6bba\u7387\u5448\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u6709\u5c08\u5bb6\u89e3\u8b80\uff1a\u300c\u53f0\u7063\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\u7d93\u6fdf\u8d77\u98db\uff0c\u537b\u72a7\u7272\u4e86\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u300d\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u53c8\u6210\u4e86\u570b\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>WHO\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba\uff1a\u300c\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u75be\u75c5\u6216\u4e0d\u8870\u5f31\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8eab\u9ad4\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u3001\u8207\u793e\u6703\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u5b89\u597d\u3002\u300d\u9019\u8868\u9054\u4e86\u300c\u5e78\u798f\u624d\u662f\u5065\u5eb7\u300d\u7684\u7406\u60f3\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6182\u9b31\u5e38\u540c\u7fa9\u65bc\u4e0d\u5e78\u798f\uff0c\u66f4\u6210\u4e86\u7cbe\u795e\u91ab\u5b78\u9996\u8981\u6cbb\u7642\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u7b2c\u4e94\u7248\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u60a3\u8a3a\u65b7\u8207\u7d71\u8a08\u624b\u518a(DSM 5)\u5c0d\u300c\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u60a3(mental disorder)\u300d\u5b9a\u7fa9\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u60a3\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\uff0c\u7279\u5fb5\u70ba\u6b64\u4eba\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u3001\u60c5\u7dd2\u8abf\u63a7\u3001\u6216\u884c\u70ba\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u986f\u8457\u53d7\u640d\uff0c\u53ef\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u6f5b\u5728\u5fc3\u667a\u529f\u80fd\u904b\u4f5c(mental functioning)\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u3001\u751f\u7406\u3001\u6216\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5931\u8abf\u3002<\/strong><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>DSM-5\u5b9a\u7fa9\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u8868\u5982\u4e0b\uff1b<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u5e38\u611f\u5230\u60c5\u7dd2\u4f4e\u843d\u3001\u6cae\u55aa\u6216\u5931\u671b<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u5c0d\u65e5\u5e38\u6d3b\u52d5\u5931\u53bb\u8208\u8da3\u6216\u6a02\u8da3<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u9ad4\u91cd\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u8f15\u6216\u589e\u52a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u5931\u7720\u6216\u7761\u7720\u904e\u5ea6<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u7cbe\u795e\u904b\u52d5\u6fc0\u6602\u6216\u9072\u6eef<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u7cbe\u795e\u4e0d\u96c6\u4e2d\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u6e1b\u9000<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u53cd\u8986\u7684\u60f3\u5230\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6216\u6709\u81ea\u6bba\u7684\u5ff5\u982d<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u8a3a\u65b7\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u6839\u64da\uff0c\u5373\u8a55\u4f30\u60a3\u8005\u6709\u4e0a\u8ff0\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u6578\u76ee\u53ca\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u4e9b\u75c7\u72c0\u8207\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u751f\u7d93\u9a57\u9817\u591a\u91cd\u5408\u4e4b\u8655\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u8fa8\u8b58\u9019\u4e9b\u73fe\u8c61\u5c6c\u65bc\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u75c7\u72c0\u6216\u4eba\u751f\u4f4e\u76ea\u671f\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u5373\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u300c\u884c\u70ba\u6a21\u5f0f\u300d\u6216\u300c\u5fc3\u7406\u6a21\u5f0f\u300d\u9020\u6210\u81e8\u5e8a\u75db\u82e6\u6216\u5931\u80fd\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u6a21\u5f0f\u672c\u8cea\u4e0a\u4e26\u7121\u5177\u9ad4\u795e\u7d93\u751f\u7406\u75c5\u614b\uff0c\u4ecd\u61c9\u5217\u5165\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u60a3\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u67d0\u4eba\u9047\u632b\u6298\u5373\u6028\u5929\u5c24\u4eba\uff0c\u7e31\u60c5\u975e\u6cd5\u85e5\u7269\u6216\u9157\u9152\uff0c\u6240\u6c42\u4e0d\u9042\u5373\u5272\u8155\u4e0a\u540a\u8981\u8105\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u53ca\u8077\u696d\u529f\u80fd\u6975\u5dee\uff0c\u800c\u9577\u671f\u5fc3\u60c5\u4e0d\u6a02\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u5bb6\u66b4\u4e0b\u6210\u9577\u7684\u5973\u5b50\uff0c\u8207\u7570\u6027\u4ea4\u5f80\u6642\u6bcf\u7576\u9032\u5c55\u5230\u67d0\u7a2e\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5373\u6703\u627e\u7406\u7531\u9003\u96e2\uff0c\u53c8\u81ea\u6028\u5606\u9752\u6625\u5df2\u901d\u4f73\u5076\u96e3\u8993\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u9b31\u9b31\u5be1\u6b61\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u73fe\u4eca\u5e38\u898b\u5230\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u6c88\u6eba\u81c9\u66f8\u3001LINE\u3001\u7dda\u4e0a\u904a\u6232\uff0c\u5b78\u696d\u8352\u5ee2\u9762\u81e8\u88ab\u9000\u5b78\uff0c\u8207\u7236\u6bcd\u5e2b\u9577\u95dc\u4fc2\u7dca\u5f35\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u60f6\u60f6\u7136\u4e0d\u77e5\u6240\u5f9e\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u53ea\u56e0\u300c\u6d3b\u7684\u4e0d\u723d\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u60f3\u6bba\u4eba\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u6bba\u5bb3\u964c\u751f\u4eba\uff0c\u88ab\u6355\u5f8c\u518d\u4ee5\u300c\u6211\u6709\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u300d\u5e0c\u671b\u6e1b\u5211\uff0c\u80fd\u8b93\u5176\u5f97\u901e\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u539f\u672c\u990a\u5c0a\u8655\u512a\u7684\u7f6a\u72af\uff0c\u9a5f\u7136\u5165\u7344\uff0c\u7d42\u65e5\u4ee5\u6dda\u6d17\u9762\uff0c\u4e0d\u601d\u8336\u98ef\uff0c\u4e5f\u61c9\u7576\u4f5c\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u800c\u4e88\u4ee5\u5047\u91cb\u51fa\u7344\u6cbb\u7642\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u9752\u6625\u671f\u5931\u6200\u3001\u4e2d\u58ef\u5e74\u8077\u5834\u7af6\u722d\u58d3\u529b\u5de8\u5927\u3001\u8001\u5e74\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0d\u4f73\u53c8\u9762\u81e8\u6b7b\u4ea1\u5a01\u8105\u3001\u89aa\u53cb\u904e\u4e16\u800c\u50b7\u615f\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u751f\u5e38\u898b\u8ca0\u5411\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u82e5\u5408\u4f75\u985e\u4f3c\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u770b\u5f85\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u5c6c\u65bc\u884c\u70ba\u6a21\u5f0f\u6216\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\uff1f\u90fd\u7b97\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u9451\u5225\u9019\u985e\u500b\u6848\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u9ede\u5728\u65bc\u8fa8\u8b58\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u5426\u6709\u300c<strong>\u6f5b\u5728\u5fc3\u667a\u529f\u80fd\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u3001\u751f\u7406\u3001\u6216\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong>\u300d\u7684\u7570\u5e38\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u7acb\u5176\u81e8\u5e8a\u554f\u984c\u78ba\u662f\u6b64\u7a0b\u5e8f\u529f\u80fd\u640d\u5bb3\u6240\u9020\u6210\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8a3a\u65b7\u70ba\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u60a3\u8207\u6b63\u5e38\u72c0\u614b\u4e4b\u8b8a\u7570\uff0c\u4e8c\u8005\u7684\u908a\u754c\u4e26\u4e0d\u660e\u78ba\u3002\u5728\u6975\u7aef\u72c0\u6cc1\u6216\u8a31\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u6e96\u78ba\u8a3a\u65b7\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u60a3\uff0c\u4f46\u591a\u6578\u81e8\u5e8a\u500b\u6848\u8655\u65bc\u6b63\u5e38\u8207\u75c5\u614b\u7684\u6a21\u7cca\u908a\u754c\u3002\u5728\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u5c24\u5176\u56f0\u96e3\u9451\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7570\u8cea\u6027\u76f8\u7576\u9ad8\uff0c\u5167\u5728\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u56e0\u7d20\u548c\u5916\u5728\u7684\u793e\u6703\u5fc3\u7406\u56e0\u7d20\u5728\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u75c5\u56e0\u7686\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u56e0\u7d20\u5305\u62ec\u8166\u5167\u8840\u6e05\u7d20\u53ca\u6b63\u814e\u4e0a\u817a\u7d20\u7b49\u795e\u7d93\u50b3\u5c0e\u7269\u8cea\u5931\u8861\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5fc3\u7406\u56e0\u7d20\u5247\u5305\u542b\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7a2e\u7a2e\u58d3\u529b\u6e90\u3002\u591a\u5e74\u524d\u66fe\u5c07\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u5340\u5206\u70ba\u5167\u6e90\u6027\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u8207\u53cd\u61c9\u6027\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\uff0c\u76f4\u5230DSM-III\u6642\uff0c\
