\u6bcf\u56db\u5e74\u6e2c\u91cf\u4e00\u6b21\u9019\u4e9b\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7de0\u7d04\u570b\u78ba\u5be6\u9075\u5b88\u516c\u7d04\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u64b0\u5beb 2010 \u5e74 WMO \u8a55\u4f30\u5831\u544a\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u8010\u4eba\u5c0b\u5473\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u6839\u64da\u7de0\u7d04\u570b\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u81ed\u6c27\u5c64\u7834\u58de\u7269\u8cea\uff0d\uff0d\u6c1f\u6c2f\u78b3\u5316\u7269 (\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u65bc<!--more-->\u51b7\u5a92\u3001\u63a8\u9032\u5291\u8207\u6eb6\u5291) \u8207\u9e75\u5316\u7269 (halon\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u624b\u6301\u5f0f\u6ec5\u706b\u5668)\u90fd\u4f9d\u64da\u9032\u5ea6\u9010\u6f38\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u6392\u9664\u901f\u5ea6\u537b\u6bd4\u5831\u544a\u6578\u64da\u6162\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u822a\u7a7a\u592a\u7a7a\u7e3d\u7f72\u9ad8\u9054\u592a\u7a7a\u98db\u884c\u4e2d\u5fc3 (NASA Goddard Space Flight Center) \u5927\u6c23\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4fdd\u7f85\u00b7\u7d10\u66fc (Paul Newman) \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u662f\u5f88\u68d8\u624b\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\uff1a\u6709\u6bd2\u3001\u81f4\u764c\u3001\u7834\u58de\u81ed\u6c27\u5c64\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u9084\u662f\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u3002\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u4e26\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u4eba\u9020\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u7528\u9014\u5305\u62ec\u6eb6\u5291\u3001\u6e05\u6f54\u5291\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5408\u6210\u5176\u4ed6\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u88fd\u9020\u6c2b\u6c1f\u78b3\u5316\u7269 (hydrofluorocarbon)\u3002\u6c2b\u6c1f\u78b3\u5316\u7269\u662f\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u6703\u7834\u58de\u81ed\u6c27\u5c64\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u958b\u767c\u4e2d\u570b\u5bb6\u6392\u9664\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u9032\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8f03\u5bec\u9b06\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e 2010 \u5e74\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u7981\u6b62\u4f7f\u7528\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u4e86\uff0c 2007 \u5e74\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5448\u5831\u7684\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u88fd\u9020\u91cf\u8207\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u90fd\u662f 0\u3002\u6839\u64da\u9810\u671f\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u8207\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6bcf\u5e74\u61c9\u8a72\u964d\u4f4e 4%\uff0c\u4f46\u662f WMO \u6e2c\u91cf\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\u6fc3\u5ea6\u53ea\u4e0b\u964d 1%\u3002\u7d10\u66fc\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u5408\u7406\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u662f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4f4e\u4f30\u4e86\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u5728\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u7684\u58fd\u547d\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u89e3\u91cb\u5247\u662f\u9084\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u4f86\u6e90\u6301\u7e8c\u6392\u653e\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u58fd\u547d\u81f3\u5c11\u6709 25 \u5e74\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u5e73\u5747\u5206\u4f48\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7684\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u984d\u5916\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u5317\u7f8e\u6d32\u8207\u6fb3\u6d32\u6e2c\u5f97\u7684\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u61c9\u8a72\u76f8\u7b49\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u6e2c\u91cf\u7d50\u679c\u4e26\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002WMO \u7684\u5831\u544a\u986f\u793a\u5317\u534a\u7403\u7684\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u9060\u9ad8\u65bc\u5357\u534a\u7403\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d10\u66fc\u8207\u540c\u4e8b\u6839\u64da\u5831\u544a\u6578\u64da\u63a2\u7a76\u5168\u7403\u6392\u653e\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u6578\u9805\u6c23\u5019\u6a21\u64ec\uff0c\u5c07\u6392\u653e\u6c23\u9ad4\u91cf\u5316\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u6d77\u6d0b\u8207\u571f\u58e4\u5438\u6536\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5357\u5317\u534a\u7403\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u8003\u91cf\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u58fd\u547d\u9577\u5ea6\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u5831\u544a\u6578\u64da\u8ddf\u5be6\u969b\u6e2c\u91cf\u8cc7\u6599\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u76f8\u7b26\uff0c2007 \u81f3 2012 \u5e74\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u81f3\u5c11\u6709 31000 \u5678\u7684\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u3002\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u300a\u5730\u7403\u7269\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u671f\u520a\u300b(Geophysical Research Letters)\u3002\u7d10\u66fc\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u76f8\u7576\u65bc\u6bcf\u500b\u6708\u6709 100 \u7bc0\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u706b\u8eca\u69fd\u8eca\u812b\u8ecc\u7ffb\u8986\uff0c\u662f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u3002\u554f\u984c\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u5f9e\u54ea\u88e1\u4f86\u7684\uff1f\u6211\u5011\u771f\u7684\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u5305\u62ec\u975e\u6cd5\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u3001\u5148\u524d\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u7528\u5730\u3001\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u63a9\u57cb\u5834\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u5408\u6210\u5176\u4ed6\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\u3002\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\uff0c\u88fd\u7a0b\u6703\u6467\u6bc0\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u56db\u6c2f\u5316\u78b3\u9038\u6563\u51fa\u5de5\u5ee0\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u9038\u6563\u6703\u9020\u6210\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u640d\u5931\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6bd4\u4f8b\u61c9\u8a72\u4e0d\u9ad8\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6d17\u8863\u6a5f\u6df7\u5408\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178\u9209 (\u6f02\u767d\u6c34) (University of Colorado) \u5927\u6c23\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6 A.R. \u62c9\u7dad\u5c71\u5361\u62c9 (A.R.
