class=\"wp-caption-text\">pulque\u3002\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u7dad\u57fa\u767e\u79d1\u3002<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u64b0\u6587\uff5c<\/strong>\u8449\u7da0\u8212<\/p>\n<p>\u57281521\u5e74\uff0c\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u4eba\u5f81\u670d\u963f\u8332\u7279\u514b\u4eba\uff08Aztec\uff09\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u767c\u73fe\u4ed6\u5011\u559d\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a31\u70bapulque\u7684\u9152\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u9152\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u6210\u719f\u7684maguey\u9f8d\u820c\u862d\u7684\u6c41\u6db2\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u767c\u9175\u800c\u6210\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ecf\u7a20\u7684\u98f2\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7528\u4f86\u88fd\u4f5cpulque\u7684\u9f8d\u820c\u862d\uff08<em>Agave americana<\/em>\uff0c\u8207\u88fd\u4f5c\u6709\u540d\u7684\u9f8d\u820c\u862d\u9152tequila\u7684blue agave\u4e0d\u540c\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u897f\u5143\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e16\u7d00\u5c31\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u6709\u4eba\u5de5\u7a2e\u690d\uff1b\u800c\u91ce\u751f\u7684maguey\u5247\u662f\u66f4\u65e9\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u985e\u7684\u690d\u7269\u56e0\u70ba\u4e0d\u662f\u6bcf\u5e74\u958b\u82b1\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u751a\u81f3\u5e7e\u5341\u5e74\u624d\u958b\u4e00\u6b21\u82b1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6709\u500b\u4fd7\u7a31\u53eb\u505acentury class=\"wp-caption-text\">maguey\u9f8d\u820c\u862d\u3002\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u7dad\u57fa\u767e\u79d1\u3002<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u4e2d\u90e8\u9ad8\u539f\u7684\u53e4\u4ee3\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u5011\uff0cpulque\u9152\u662f\u7531\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u4eba\u8ca0\u8cac\u91c0\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u5728\u5b97\u6559\u7684\u5100\u5f0f\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u5728Mayahuel\u5973\u795e\u548cMixcoatl\u795e\uff08Mixcoatl\u662f\u72e9\u7375\u4e4b\u795e\uff09\u7684\u6176\u5178\u4e2d\uff0c\u796d\u53f8\u548c\u6b89\u846c\u8005\u6703\u98f2\u7528pulque\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8cb4\u65cf\u548c\u796d\u53f8\u5728\u6176\u795d\u52dd\u5229\u6642\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u98f2\u7528\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u5e73\u6c11\uff0c\u5247\u53ea\u6709\u8001\u4eba\u548c\u5b55\u5a66\u88ab\u5141\u8a31\u98f2\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cmaguey\u9f8d\u820c\u862d\u662f\u53e4\u4ee3\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u6700\u795e\u8056\u548c\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u690d\u7269\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4e0d\u7ba1\u5728\u795e\u8a71\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u4e0a\u5b83\u90fd\u4f54\u6709\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\u3002pulque\u9996\u6b21\u51fa\u73fe\u65bc\u5927\u7d04\u662f\u516c\u5143\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e16\u7d00\uff0c\u57281968\u5e74\u51fa\u571f\u65bc\u666e\u57c3\u5e03\u62c9\uff08Puebla\uff09\u7684\u55ac\u76e7\u62c9\u91d1\u5b57\u5854\uff08the pyramid of Cholula\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u578b\u58c1\u756b\u300cpulque\u9152\u98f2\u8005\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u76f4\u6709\u4eba\u61f7\u7591\uff0c\u5c45\u4f4f\u65bc\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u8c37\u5730\uff08Valley of Mexico\uff09\u7684\u7279\u5967\u8482\u74e6\u574e\uff08Teotihuacan\uff09\u7684\u4eba\u5011\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7576\u5730\u5728\u6d77\u62d42200\u516c\u5c3a\u7684\u9ad8\u5c71\u4e0a\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u9762\u81e8\u5bd2\u51b7\u7684\u51ac\u5929\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f03\u5c11\u7684\u96e8\u91cf\uff0c\u5a01\u8105\u5230\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u7a40\u7269\u6536\u6210\uff1b\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u4e5f\u5f88\u65e9\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u91c0\u9152\u4e86\u5427\uff1f\u4f46\u662f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u4e00\u76f4\u7121\u6cd5\u627e\u5230\u8b49\u64da\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u90a3\u88e1\u7684\u4eba\u559d\u9152--\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\uff0c\u559dpulque\uff08tequila\u662f\u5728\u5341\u516d\u4e16\u7d00\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u4eba\u5e36\u5165\u84b8\u993e\u6280\u8853\u5f8c\u624d\u6709\u7684\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<figure mobilis<\/em>\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\uff08complex hopanoids\uff09\u3002\u800c<em>Zymomonas mobilis<\/em>\u6b63\u662f\u7528\u4f86\u88fd\u4f5cpulque\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\uff1b\u5b83\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u7528\u4f86\u91c0\u9020pulque\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u4e5f\u7528\u9019\u96bb\u83cc\u4f86\u91c0\u9020\u68d5\u6ada\u9152\uff08palm wine\uff09\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u7576\u4ed6\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u5564\u9152\u8ddf\u860b\u679c\u9152\uff08cider\uff09\u88e1\u9762\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u6703\u5bb3\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u9152\u58de\u6389\u5594\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bcpulque\u9019\u7a2e\u9152\u975e\u5e38\u7684\u6fc3\u7a20\uff0c\u6709\u4eba\u751a\u81f3\u8aaa\u559d\u4e00\u676f\u5c31\u98fd\u4e86\uff1b\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5728\u7279\u5967\u8482\u74e6\u574e\u91c0\u9020pulque\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u98f2\u6599\u7684\u7528\u9014\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u7562\u7adf\u57282200\u516c\u5c3a\u7684\u9ad8\u5c71\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u7389\u7c73\u548c\u8c46\u985e\u70ba\u4e3b\u98df\u7684\u4e2d\u7f8e\u6d32\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u5011\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u65e5\u5e38\u7684\u6eab\u98fd\u7d93\u5e38\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u4e7e\u65f1\u7684\u5a01\u8105\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u63a1\u53d6maguey\u9f8d\u820c\u862d\u7684\u6c41\u6db2\u88fd\u4f5cpulque\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9664\u4e86\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u4f11\u9592\u6027\u98f2\u7528\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u89e3\u98e2\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u5462\uff01<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53c3\u8003\u6587\u737b\uff1a2014\/9\/15.\u00a0<a
