Phillips\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u5171\u540c\u7372\u5f97\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6731\u68e3\u6587\u6559\u6388\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u7f8e\u570b\u83ef\u88d4\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u5bc6\u8607\u91cc\u5dde\u8056\u8def\u6613\u5e02(St. Louis, University)\u7269\u7406\u7cfb\u4efb\u6559\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u5149\u9477\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u6700\u65e9\u662f\u7531\u57281970\u5e74\u4ee3\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4(Bell Laboratories)\u7684Arthur Ashkin\u535a\u58eb\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\uff0c\u800c1986\u5e74\u7531\u540c\u6a23\u5728\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u6731\u68e3\u6587\u6559\u6388\u5c07\u5176\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u51b7\u537b\u53ca\u6355\u6349\u539f\u5b50\u800c\u8072\u540d\u5927\u566a\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u7372\u5f971997\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5149\u9477\u7684\u539f\u7406\u662f\u7576\u4e00\u675f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u805a\u7126\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u5728\u5fae\u5c0f\u7c92\u5b50\u4e0a\u6642\uff0c\u5149\u5b50\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u78b0\u649e(\u6216\u6298\u5c04)\u800c\u504f\u6298\uff0c\u5149\u5b50\u672c\u8eab\u5e36\u6709\u52d5\u91cf\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7576\u5149\u5b50\u504f\u6298\u6642\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u6301\u52d5\u91cf\u5b88\u6046\uff0c\u6703\u8feb\u4f7f\u9019\u500b\u7c92\u5b50\u5f80\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u79fb\u52d5\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u6982\u7565\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\u60f3\u5fc5\u8b80\u8005\u5011\u9084\u662f\u4e00\u77e5\u534a\u89e3\uff0c\u7528\u5716\u89e3\u6216\u8a31\u6703\u6bd4\u8f03\u6e05\u6670\u3002\u57161a\u662f\u6574\u500b\u5149\u9477\u7684\u793a\u610f\u5716\uff0c\u5c07\u96f7\u5c04\u805a\u7126\uff0c\u5728\u7126\u5e73\u9762\u9644\u8fd1\u4fbf\u662f\u5149\u9477\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5340\u57df(\u6211\u5011\u7a0d\u5f8c\u6703\u89e3\u91cboptical trap\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u610f\u601d)\uff0c\u518d\u4f86\u770b\u57161b\uff0c\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u5728\u7a7a\u9593\u4e0a\u5206\u5e03\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u5747\u52fb\u7684\uff0c\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u70ba\u9ad8\u65af\u5206\u5e03(Gaussian intensity profile)\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u5728\u4e2d\u8ef8\u7dda\u4e0a\u5f37\u5ea6\u8f03\u5f37\u3001\u5149\u5b50\u8f03\u591a\uff0c\u800c\u8d8a\u9060\u96e2\u4e2d\u8ef8\u7dda\uff0c\u5f37\u5ea6\u5c31\u9010\u6f38\u6e1b\u5f31\u3002\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u675f\u5167\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5149\u5b50\u9084\u662f\u8fd1\u4f3c\u65bc\u5e73\u884c\u5149\uff0c\u7576\u9019\u4e9b\u5e73\u884c\u5149\u675f\u7d93\u904e\u7c92\u5b50\u6642\u6703\u7522\u751f\u504f\u6298\uff0c\u504f\u6298\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u4f46\u65b9\u5411\u76f8\u53cd\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u6301\u52d5\u91cf\u5b88\u6046\uff0c\u5f80\u4e0b\u9762\u504f\u7684\u5149\u5b50\u5c31\u6703\u5c0d\u7c92\u5b50\u7522\u751f\u4e00\u500b\u5411\u4e0a\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u5f80\u4e0a\u9762\u504f\u7684\u5149\u5b50\u4fbf\u6703\u5c0d\u7c92\u5b50\u7522\u751f\u5411\u4e0b\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u63a5\u8fd1\u4e2d\u8ef8\u7dda\u4e0a\u5f37\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8f03\u5f37\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u504f\u6298\u7684\u5149\u5b50\u6578\u91cf\u8f03\u591a(\u5716\u4e2d\u8f03\u7c97\u7bad\u982d)\uff0c\u800c\u9060\u96e2\u4e2d\u8ef8\u7dda\u4e0a\u504f\u6298\u7684\u5149\u5b50\u8f03\u5c11\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u6de8\u529b\u5f80\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5f80\u96f7\u5c04\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u4e0a\u79fb\u52d5\u3002\u5149\u5b50\u672c\u8eab\u52d5\u91cf\u4e26\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6de8\u529b\u53ea\u80fd\u7528\u65bc\u5fae\u5c0f\u7c92\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<figure trap\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u610f\u601d\u5462\uff1ftrap\u662f\u9677\u9631\u7684\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u82e5\u6709\u4e00\u675f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u805a\u7126\u7684\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u5728\u7c92\u5b50\u65c1\u908a\uff0c\u7c92\u5b50\u5c31\u6703\u88ab\u63a8\u5411\u7126\u9ede\uff0c\u90a3\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u7126\u9ede\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u9677\u9631\uff0c\u628a\u7c92\u5b50\u56f0\u5728\u88e1\u9762\u3002\u79fb\u52d5\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u7684\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c31\u50cf\u628a\u7c92\u5b50\u201d\u593e\u201d\u5728\u7126\u9ede\u8655\u56db\u8655\u79fb\u52d5(\u57162A)\u3002\u5149\u9477\u53ef\u4ee5\u7cbe\u6e96\u63a7\u5236\u5c0f\u5230\u53ea\u67095\u5948\u7c73\u7684\u7c92\u5b50\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u65bcDNA\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6216\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ff\u4f86\u63a7\u5236\u5948\u7c73\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u95a5\u9580(\u57162B)\u6216\u662f\u8b93\u5948\u7c73\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u6247\u8449\u65cb\u8f49\u3002\u5149\u9477\u9664\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ff\u4f86\u7576\u9477\u5b50\u593e\u6771\u897f\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u5c0f\u7c92\u5b50\u6392\u6392\u7ad9\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u7126\u9ede\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u9677\u9631\uff0c\u800c\u5149\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u5e72\u6d89\u53ca\u7e5e\u5c04\u7b49\u6280\u8853\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u7522\u751f\u8a31\u591a\u9677\u9631\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u863f\u8514\u4e00\u500b\u5751\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u5149\u675f\u7522\u751f\u5404\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u6a23\u614b\u6216\u9663\u5217\u7684\u9677\u9631\uff0c\u8b93\u9019\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7c92\u5b50\u6392\u5217\u6210\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u8981\u7684\u5f62\u72c0(\u57162C)\u3002\u66f4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u7c92\u5b50\u3001DNA\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u6ce2\u9577\u7684\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u4e0b\u7522\u751f\u7684\u504f\u79fb\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\u4e0d\u76e1\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u8abf\u6574\u5149\u6ce2\u9577\u751a\u81f3\u5f37\u5ea6\u4f86\u593e\u53d6\u6216\u56f0\u4f4f\u7279\u5b9a\u7684DNA\u6216\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u5206\u985e\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u61c9\u7528\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u7d30\u80de\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u624b\u8853\u3001\u80da\u80ce\u63a2\u6e2c\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u4e8c\u7dad\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e0b\u5149\u9477\u6709\u6975\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4e09\u7dad\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e0b\u66f4\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5149\u9477\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4e00\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u7c92\u5b50\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u54113D\u5217\u5370\u4e00\u822c\u4e00\u5c64\u4e00\u5c64\u628a\u7c92\u5b50\u758a\u4e0a\u53bb\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e09\u7dad\u7d50\u69cb(\u57162D)\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u53ea\u6709\u5a1b\u6a02\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u4e09\u7dad\u7a7a\u9593\u4e2d\u7cbe\u6e96\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff0c\u8b93\u7279\u5b9a\u53cd\u61c9\u7269\u4e92\u76f8\u63a5\u89f8\u800c\u7522\u751f\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u751f\u7269\u53ca\u91ab\u5b78\u4e0a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u53d7\u60e0\u65bc\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\u76f8\u7576\u5ee3\u6cdb\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
