State\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u7fa4\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u5728\u6eab\u6cc9\u88e1\u9762\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u5c6c\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb<em>Leptolyngbya<\/em>\uff0c\u9019\u5c6c\u7684\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u7adf\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u9060\u7d05\u5149\uff08\u5927\u65bc700nm\uff09\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u6703\u60f3\u5230\u8981\u6e2c\u8a66\u9019\u7a2e\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u4f7f\u7528\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u9032\u884c\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u5462\uff1f\u539f\u4f86\u5b83\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u9ec3\u77f3\u516c\u5712\u9644\u8fd1\u7684LaDuke\u6eab\u6cc9\u4e2d\uff08LaDuke hot spring in Montana, near Yellowstone National Park\uff09\uff0c\u4e0a\u9762\u67092\u91d0\u7c73\u539a\u7684\u4e00\u5c64\u7d30\u83cc\u3002\u9019\u5c64\u7d30\u83cc\u9694\u7d55\u4e86\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u4ee5\u5916\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5149\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u7a2e\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u5b83\u5728\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0a\u61c9\u8a72\u6709\u8207\u773e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u627e\u51fa\u9019\u500b\u8207\u773e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u5c07\u9019\u7a2e\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u5728\u516d\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5149\uff08\u767d\u5149\u3001\u7da0\u5149\u3001\u7d05\u5149\u3001645nm\u7684\u7d05\u5149\u3001710nm\u7684\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u9060\u7d05\u5149\uff09\u4e0b\u57f9\u990a\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u518d\u5206\u6790\u5b83\u7684\u8272\u7d20\u7a2e\u985e\u8207\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u73fe\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u7684\u5169\u7d44\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u8449\u7da0\u7d20<em>f<\/em>\uff0c\u800c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u8f49\u9304\u5206\u6790\uff08transcription profiling\uff09\u986f\u793a\uff0c<em>Leptolyngbya<\/em>\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7d93\u7531\u4e00\u500b\u753121\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u96c6\u5718\uff0c\u4f86\u8abf\u6574\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u5149\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5b83\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u53ea\u6709\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u6642\uff0c\u901921\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u91cf\u4e0a\u6607\uff1b\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u57fa\u56e0\u88e1\u9762\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u7d44\u6210\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5149\u7cfb\u7d71I\u3001II\u4ee5\u53ca\u85fb\u81bd\u9ad4\uff08phycobilisome\uff09\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u76f8\u5c0d\u7684\uff0c\u539f\u5148\u7528\u4f86\u7d44\u6210\u9019\u4e09\u500b\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\uff08complex\uff09\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u91cf\u5728\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u4e0b\u5247\u5448\u73fe\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u800c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u5206\u6790\u4e5f\u78ba\u8a8d\u4e86\u5728\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u4e0b\uff0c<em>Leptolyngbya<\/em>\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u7684\u5149\u7cfb\u7d71I\u3001II\u4ee5\u53ca\u85fb\u81bd\u9ad4\u88e1\u9762\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5df2\u88ab\u901921\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u53d6\u4ee3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u7576\u5b83\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53ea\u5269\u4e0b\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u6642\uff0c\u5b83\u6703\u5c07\u8207\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5149\u7cfb\u7d71I\u3001II\u4ee5\u53ca\u85fb\u81bd\u9ad4\u91cd\u65b0\u7d44\u5408\u3001\u52a0\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5c07\u81ea\u5df1\u8abf\u6574\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528\u9060\u7d05\u5149\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u96d6\u7136\uff0c\u85cd\u7da0\u85fb\u65e9\u5728\u4e00\u767e\u5e74\u524d\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f9d\u64da\u5468\u570d\u74b0\u5883\u5149\u6ce2\u9577\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u4f86\u8abf\u6574\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8272\u7d20\uff08\u9019\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\u7a31\u70ba\u4e92\u88dc\u8272\u99b4\u5316CCA\uff0ccomplementary Light Photoacclimation
