Institute of Technology ,Caltech)\u6559\u6388\u5361\u5f17\u00b7\u7c73\u5fb7(Carver Mead)\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5177\u6709\u985e\u6bd4\u96fb\u8def(analog circuits)\u7684\u8d85\u5927\u578b\u7a4d\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def (Very-large-scale integration ,VLSI)\u4f86\u6a21\u4eff\u4eba\u8166\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u53ef\u60f3\u800c\u77e5\u9019\u9580\u5b78\u79d1\u975e\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u8de8\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u3001\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u3001\u6578\u5b78\u53ca\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u5b78\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u5404\u65b9\u4eba\u624d\u6295\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2008\u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u8ecd\u65b9\u4fbf\u8cc7\u52a9IBM\u53ca\u5305\u542b\u53f2\u4e39\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u7b49\u4e94\u6240\u7f8e\u570b\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u756b(Systems of Neuromorphic Adaptive Plastic Scalable Electronics ,SyNAPSE) \u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\u5ea6\u3001\u4f4e\u8017\u80fd\u4e14\u529f\u80fd\u985e\u4f3c\u795e\u7d93\u7a81\u89f8(synapse)\u7684\u5fae\u96fb\u8def\u3002\u795e\u7d93\u7a81\u89f8\u662f\u9023\u63a5\u5169\u500b\u795e\u7d93\u5143\uff0c\u4e26\u4f7f\u5176\u96fb\u8a0a\u865f\u80fd\u5920\u5f9e\u4e00\u500b\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u50b3\u905e\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u6a4b\u6a11\u3002\u9019\u9805\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u65b0\u7a4e\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u53ca\u904b\u7b97\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u5404\u7a2e\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\u8207\u5916\u754c\u8cc7\u6e90\u8b93\u5176\u80fd\u81ea\u4e3b\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u85c9\u7531\u611f\u89ba\u3001\u884c\u52d5\u53ca\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u5177\u5099\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u800cIBM\u7387\u9818\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7576\u6642\u4e5f\u6210\u529f\u5229\u7528\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u85cd\u8272\u57fa\u56e0\u8d85\u7d1a\u96fb\u8166(BlueGene supercomputer)\uff0c\u5305\u542b147,000\u500bCPU\u3001144TB\u7684\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6a21\u64ec\u5c0f\u578b\u54fa\u4e73\u985e\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u5927\u8166\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u500b\u8d85\u7d1a\u96fb\u8166\u6240\u9700\u7684\u529f\u7387\u70ba2-3\u767e\u842c\u74e6(megawatts)\uff0c\u4f9d\u820a\u9060\u9060\u5927\u65bc\u4eba\u8166\u6240\u6d88\u8017\u7684\u529f\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a plasticity)\uff0c\u4e26\u57282011\u5e74\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u300aNano
