particles\uff0c\u610f\u70ba\u300e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u50b3\u67d3\u6027\u7c92\u5b50\u300f\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u725b\u3001\u7f8a\u3001\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u8001\u9f20\u6216\u4eba\u985e\u7b49\u4e0d\u540c\u7269\u7a2e\u9593\u8f49\u79fb\u6642\uff0c\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u65b0\u8b8a\u7a2e\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u542b\u6709\u6291\u5236\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u5b58\u6d3b\u4e0b\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u4e00\u822c\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u6630\u7a2e\u932f\u8aa4\u6298\u758a\u7248\u672c\u7684\u8166\u86cb\u767dPrP\uff0c\u4e0d\u542bDNA\u6216RNA\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7121\u6cd5\u7522\u751f\u7a81\u8b8a\u3002\u4f46\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u5011\u4ecd\u6709\u7a2e\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u63a8\u6e2c\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6298\u758a\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u5f62\u72c0\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff082009\u5e74\uff0912\u670831\u65e5\u5728\u300aScience Weissmann\uff09\u535a\u58eb\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u4f5b\u7f85\u91cc\u9054\u5dde\u7684\u65af\u514b\u5229\u6bd4\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff08Scripps Florida\uff09\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u539f\u5b78\u90e8\u9580\u4e3b\u6301\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5f9e\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u770b\u4f86\uff0c\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u8457\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u9069\u61c9\u548c\u7a81\u8b8a\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u70ba\u8ffd\u8e2a\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\uff0c\u97cb\u65af\u66fc\u7684\u5718\u968a\u5728\u6bcf\u500b\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u4e2d\u6df7\u5408\u4e00\u500b\u88ab\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u8207\u4e00\u5343\u500b\u672a\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u500b\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a31\u70ba\u82e6\u99ac\u8c46\u7d20\uff08swainsonine\uff09\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u6291\u5236\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\uff0c\u8b93\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u6709\u82e6\u99ac\u8c46\u7d20\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u4e2d\u751f\u9577\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6bcf\u500b\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u53d7\u85e5\u7269\u6291\u5236\u7684\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u7576\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u7d30\u80de\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u8868\u793a\u8010\u85e5\u83cc\u682a\u5df2\u7d93\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u91cb\u653e\u4e14\u611f\u67d3\u5176\u4ed6\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u6839\u64da\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u88c2\u7684\u901f\u7387\u8207\u611f\u67d3\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u53ef\u7c97\u7565\u4f30\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u901f\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<figure encephalopathy\uff0cBSE\uff09\u3002<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u6b77\u664222\u5929\uff0c\u624d\u958b\u59cb\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u53d7\u65b0\u8b8a\u7a2e\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u610f\u5373\u7d04\u7d93\u904e\u4e8622\u6b21\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u88c2\u3002\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u5247\u8981\u8d85\u904e50\u6b21\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u88c2\u624d\u80fd\u770b\u898b\u3002\u5f9e\u9019\u4e9b\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u97cb\u65af\u66fc\u7684\u5718\u968a\u4f30\u8a08\u6bcf100\u842c\u500b\u65b0\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u4e2d\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u8b8a\u7a2e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4f30\u8a08\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\u7387\u50c5\u53cd\u6620\u4e00\u7a2e\u7279\u5b9a\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u5728\u6709\u591a\u91cd\u578b\u614b\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\u7387\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e14\u66f4\u591a\u6a23\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u97cb\u65af\u66fc\u7684\u5718\u968a\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u6291\u5236\u85e5\u7269\u505c\u7d66\u5f8c\uff0c\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u985e\u4f3c\u884c\u70ba\uff1a\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u6291\u5236\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u91cd\u65b0\u5c0d\u6b64\u6291\u5236\u85e5\u7269\u7522\u751f\u654f\u611f\u6027\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u53d6\u51fa\u57f9\u990a\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u82e6\u99ac\u8c46\u7d20\uff0c\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u88c2\u4e8610\u6b21\u5de6\u53f3\u5f8c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u958b\u59cb\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u6ccc\u51fa\u80fd\u88ab\u82e6\u99ac\u8c46\u7d20\u6291\u5236\u7684\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u9084\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u9019\u4e9b\u5c0d\u85e5\u7269\u654f\u611f\u7684\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u65b0\u7684\u8b8a\u7a2e\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u539f\u672c\u5c31\u5728\u542b\u6709\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u4f4e\u91cf\u7dad\u6301\u8457\u3002\u4f46\u7121\u8ad6\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u5168\u9ad4\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u4e2d\u4ecd\u67090.5\uff05\u5177\u6709\u6297\u85e5\u6027\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u9019\u8010\u85e5\u8b8a\u7570\u80fd\u4ee5\u5c11\u6578\u7dad\u6301\u5728\u65cf\u7fa4\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9019\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u4e8b\u5be6\uff0c\u65b0\u7684\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u300c\u4e9e\u7cfb\u300d\uff08sub-strain\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u77ed\u77ed\u7684\u5e7e\u5341\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u88c2\u671f\u4e2d\u51fa\u73fe\u3001\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u8010\u85e5\u6027\u5728\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7684\u4e00\u751f\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f15\u6613\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u6630\u8001\u9f20\u9084\u6630\u4eba\u985e\u90fd\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8a66\u5716\u4ee5\u6291\u5236\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u85e5\u7269\u4f5c\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u6975\u53ef\u80fd\u5931\u6557\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u6bd4\u8f03\u6709\u6307\u671b\u7684\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u8a66\u5716\u7a69\u5b9a\u6216\u6e1b\u5c11\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u8166\u86cb\u767dPrP\u7684\u751f\u7522\uff08\u8a18\u5f97\u55ce\uff1f\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u53ea\u662f\u932f\u8aa4\u647a\u758a\u7684PrP\u800c\u5df2\uff09\u3002\u97cb\u65af\u66fc\u65e9\u5148\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u6539\u9020\u51fa\u7f3a\u4e4fPrP\u7684\u8001\u9f20\uff0c\u5341\u5206\u5065\u5eb7\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u9019\u8868\u793aPrP\uff08\u81f3\u5c11\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u52d5\u7269\u4f86\u8aaa\uff09\u4e0d\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5247\u8a66\u5716\u5c07\u88fd\u9020PrP\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u300c\u95dc\u6389\u300d\uff0c\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u6297\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u6389\u6b63\u5e38PrP\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u65e5\u5f8c\u6cbb\u7642\u666e\u6069\u86cb\u767d\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
