acid\uff0c\u53c8\u540d\u516d\u78f7\u9178\u74b0\u5df1\u516d\u916f)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\u9084\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u4ecd\u5c6c\u521d\u6b65\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7528\u7684\u662f\u300c\u6a21\u64ec\u9152\u300d\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u53ea\u542b\u6c34\u3001\u4e59\u9187(ethanol)\u3001\u9152\u77f3\u9178(tartaric acid)\u53ca\u915a\u919b\u6a39\u8102(phenolics)\uff0c\u8207\u6211\u5011\u559d\u7684\u8f15\u76c8\u7070\u76ae\u8afe\u767d\u9152(pinot
