Ellsworth\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u6210\u529f\u5730\u5f9e\u76f8\u8ddd\u6578\u5343\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u6771\u5357\u6975\u51b0\u5c64\u4e0b\u7684<a href=\"http:\/\/news.sciencemag.org\/scienceinsider\/2013\/01\/russian-team-retrieves-first-sam.html?ref=hp\">\u83ab\u65af\u6258\u514b\u6e56<\/a>\uff08Lake Vostok\uff09\u53d6\u56de\u4e86\u6a23\u672c\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u83ab\u65af\u6258\u514b\u6e56\u767e\u842c\u5e74\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u59cb\u7d42\u8207\u4e16\u9694\u7d55\u5728\u9019\u5730\u7403\u7684\u4e00\u9685\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6703\u6709\u4f55\u7a2e\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6f5b\u85cf\u65bc\u6b64\u4ecd\u662f\u500b\u8b0e\u3002\u800c\u60e0\u85cd\u65af\u6c34\u7cfb\u4e4b\u4e0d\u540c\u8655\u5728\u65bc\u5176\u548c\u8868\u5c64\u6c34\u6709\u9031\u671f\u6027\u7684\u63a5\u89f8\u3002\u6839\u64da\u7f8e\u570b\u592a\u7a7a\u7e3d\u7f72\u51b0\u3001\u96f2\u3001\u9678\u5730\u9ad8\u5c64\u885b\u661f\uff08Ice, ICEsat\uff09\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u51b0\u5c64\u8b8a\u5f62\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u81ea2003\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u6536\u96c6\u51b0\u4e0b\u6c34\u6d41\u52d5\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u8a72\u6e56\u6e56\u6c34\u66fe\u5169\u5ea6\u586b\u6eff\u53c8\u6d41\u5931\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u7f8e\u570b\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7d44\u5e0c\u671b\u60e0\u85cd\u65af\u6e56\u4e2d\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u4e86\u89e3\u300c\u55dc\u6975\u7aef\u751f\u7269\u300d\uff08extremophile\uff09\u9019\u7a2e\u80fd\u5728\u6975\u5ea6\u9ed1\u6697\u51b0\u51b7\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u751f\u5b58\u7684\u6709\u6a5f\u9ad4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9019\u7a2e\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u53c8\u6703\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u51b0\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<br
