selection\uff09\u300d\u5018\u82e5\u6709\u5929\u64c7\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u82e5\u8981\u5957\u7528\u54c8\u6eab\u5b9a\u5f8b\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u52a0\u4ee5\u4fee\u6b63\u3002\u7d93\u904e\u904b\u7b97\u5f8c\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7576\u6211\u5011\u627e\u5230\u65b0\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u6642\uff0cA\u6216a\u5c07\u6703\u4f9d\u7167\u5929\u64c7\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u6700\u5f8c\u4f7f\u5f97\u4e8c\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u611b\u60c5\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u85cf\u93e1\u4eba\u2500\u2500\u6f5b\u5728\u8b8a\u6578<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u838e\u7fc1\u7684\u611b\u60c5\u6545\u4e8b\u9054\u6210\u5e73\u8861\u6240\u9700\u6642\u9593\u53ca\u983b\u7387\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u300cDNA\u5e8f\u5217\u8a3b\u89e3\uff08annotation\uff09\u300d\u3002\u7c21\u55ae\u8aaa\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u610f\u601d\u5c31\u662f\uff1a\u628aDNA\u5e8f\u5217\u4e2d\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u300c\u8a3b\u89e3\u300d\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u8a3b\u89e3\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u610f\u8b58\u578b\u614b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u82e5\u8981\u9032\u884c\u8a3b\u89e3\uff0c\u5c31\u5f97\u8981\u5148\u8ac7\u5230\u300c\u6f5b\u5728\u99ac\u53ef\u592b\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08Hidden Markov Model\uff09\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b64\u6a21\u5f0f\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c<strong>\u6211\u5011\u5047\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u6f5b\u5728\u8b8a\u9805\uff08<\/strong><strong>latent islands\uff09\u300d\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u822cCG\u5c0d\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u983b\u7387\u76f8\u7576\u4f4e\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u5982\u679c\u6709CpG\u5cf6\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u6703\u5728\u5916\u986f\u57fa\u56e0\u907a\u50b3\uff08epigenetics\uff09\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73feCG\u51fa\u73fe\u6b21\u6578\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u6703\u53bb\u61f7\u7591\u80cc\u5f8c\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u85cf\u93e1\u4eba\u5728\u64cd\u5f04\uff0c\u5373\u6b64\u6642\u63a7\u5236DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u51fa\u73feCG\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u9ab0\u5b50\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u5e8f\u5217\u7684\u9ab0\u5b50\u4e26\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u6293\u5230\u85cf\u93e1\u4eba\u5728\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u6703\u6295\u64f2\u54ea\u9846\u9ab0\u5b50\uff0c\u5247\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u53bb\u63a8\u6e2cDNA\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u627e\u51fa\u6f5b\u5728\u6a21\u5f0f\u7576\u4e2d\u8a3b\u89e3\u7684DNA\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f8\u4fe1\u54ea\u7269\u7a2e\u64c1\u6709\u5171\u540c\u7956\u5148\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u914d\u5408\u6642\u9593\u9577\u5ea6\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u70ba\u300c\u7a2e\u7cfb\u907a\u50b3\uff08Phylogenetics\uff09\u300d\u7a2e\u7cfb\u540c\u6e90\u4e4b\u63a8\u4f30\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6240\u793a\u7bc4\u9752\u86d9\u9019\u4e00\u689d\u7dda\u6642\u9593\u7279\u5225\u9577\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u4ed6\u6f14\u5316\u7684\u5e74\u4ee3\u7279\u5225\u7684\u9577\uff0c\u548c\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e2d\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u7a2e\u76f8\u8f03\uff0c\u89aa\u758f\u95dc\u4fc2\u8f03\u9060\uff0c\u5176DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u76f8\u8fd1\u8f03\u4f4e\u3002\u7a2e\u7cfb\u9593\u7279\u5225\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\u53ca\u75c5\u6bd2\u91cd\u7d44\uff08Interspecies
