NUS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u7de8\u8b6f<\/strong>\u2502\u9ec3\u4f73\u6b23<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u8a31\u591a\u7d93\u5178\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5df2\u7d93\u8b49\u5be6\u690d\u7269\u80fd\u5920\u6839\u64da\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u5305\u62ec\u5149\u3001\u6eab\u5ea6\u8207\u71df\u990a\u7684\u651d\u53d6\u4f86\u8abf\u6574\u958b\u82b1\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u690d\u7269\u5728\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u74b0\u5883\u5e95\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u6c7a\u5b9a\u958b\u51fa\u82b1\u6735\u800c\u4e0d\u9577\u8449\u5b50\u7684\u555f\u52d5\u56e0\u5b50\u537b\u4e86\u89e3\u751a\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u570b\u7acb\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5927\u5b78\uff08National University of Singapore\uff09\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5df2\u7d93\u63ed\u958b\u690d\u7269\u70ba\u4f55\u958b\u51fa\u82b1\u6735\u7684\u79d8\u5bc6\u3002\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u7269\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u7684\u526f\u6559\u6388\u4fde\u8c6a\uff08Yu Hao\uff09\u6240\u5e36\u9818\u7684\u5718\u968a\u5df2\u7d93\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u8abf\u63a7\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u5149\u7167\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u958b\u82b1\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u8868\u5728\uff14\u6708\uff11\uff17\u65e5\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\uff08open-access\uff09\u671f\u520a\u300aPLoS\u3000Biology\u300b\u7dda\u4e0a\u7248\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u70ba\u4e86\u627e\u51fa\u5f15\u767c\u690d\u7269\u958b\u82b1\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u4fde\u6559\u6388\u548c\u4ed6\u7684\u540c\u5115\u82b1\u4e86\u5c07\u8fd1\u4e94\u5e74\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u96d9\u96dc\u5408\u7be9\u9078\uff08yeast two-hybrid screening\uff09\u7684\u6280\u8853\u6301\u7e8c\u5730\u5728\u690d\u7269\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u88e1\u6311\u9078\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5019\u9078\u56e0\u5b50\u3002\u7d93\u904e\u7be9\u9078\u5927\u7d04\u4e09\u767e\u842c\u500b\u6a23\u672c\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9451\u5b9a\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u5206\u5b50\u4e26\u4e14\u5c07\u5b83\u547d\u540d\u70baFT-INTERACTING PROTEIN 1\uff08FTIP1\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u767c\u73feFTIP1\u57fa\u56e0\u767c\u751f\u7a81\u8b8a\u800c\u5931\u53bb\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u690d\u7269\u6703\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u5149\u7167\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\uff08\u6bcf\u5929\u63d0\u4f9b16\u5c0f\u6642\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u5149\u7167\uff09\u5ef6\u5f8c\u958b\u82b1\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002\u7576\u9019\u4e9b\u7a81\u8b8a\u682a\u7684\u690d\u7269\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u7684FTIP1\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5ef6\u5f8c\u958b\u82b1\u7684\u6642\u9593\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u7e2e\u77ed\u800c\u56de\u5fa9\u6b63\u5e38\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9019\u4e9b\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u6697\u793aFTIP1\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u7531\u5149\u7167\u63a7\u5236\u690d\u7269\u958b\u82b1\u4e4b\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u555f\u52d5\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u90a3\u4e9b\u76f8\u4f3c\u65bcFTIP1\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u7528\u4f86\u7576\u4f5c\u5206\u5b50\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u50b3\u7d71\u690d\u7269\u80b2\u7a2e\u8207\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u958b\u82b1\u6027\u5fb5\u4e4b\u907a\u50b3\u8b8a\u7570\u54c1\u7cfb\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u589e\u52a0\u4f5c\u7269\u5728\u591a\u8b8a\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u7522\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u4fde\u6559\u6388\u548c\u4ed6\u7684\u5718\u968a\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u5c07\u8981\u91dd\u5c0dFTIP1\u76f8\u4f3c\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7fa4\u5982\u4f55\u53c3\u8207\u690d\u7269\u7684\u751f\u9577\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u73fe\u5728\u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u89e3\u958b\u5176\u4ed6\u63a7\u5236\u958b\u82b1\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u95dc\u65bc\u690d\u7269\u751f\u9577\u767c\u80b2\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u56e0\u5b50\u3002<br
